ITS A SCARM!!! Charging my over $70 for something i never approved and also uses their terms of use bs to not refund you. I made no such approval and even the CS emailed some bullshit I quote “Please note that the billing information, including the subscription terms and disclaimer on payment terms (you can find an example of a typical disclaimer below), is always indicated on the payment screen before the purchase is actually confirmed.” Which NEVER EVEN HAPPENED. Talk about a narcissist never met one who lies and charges about reading some shit online. Total SCAM!!!

Random charge for something I never…

Random charge for something I never signed up for. Card is cancelled and my bank will charge it back once it fully posts. Phone number to call gives you bs "All agents busy, reach out via email" message. Sending an email gives you the auto response "your subscription has been cancelled, but no refunds per T&C's". Obviously the frequent message the get and have a bs auto response. What account and subscription, matched only by what, my email address? I don't even know what this app is or how one would get it but I guaruntee the email address I emailed you from would in no way be connected to a subscription so that just proves this is an obvious SCAM/FRAUD. As further demonstrated by the hundreds of other similar reviews.

I have been getting charged more than $30 per month since October 2024. I have not signed up, subscribed and have no idea what this company is! And they have been charging me monthly. I emailed their support for proof and they just replied with ‘we have canceled’ and said you will still have access to your workbook! What Workbook?! I have reported them my bank!

I never agreed to this subscription

I never agreed to this subscription, nor did I ever want it. I’ve never used your app, and yet I’m being charged monthly without any clear consent or confirmation.

Your app never showed up in my subscriptions list, so I had no way to cancel it — this feels deceptive.

I am officially cancelling this, effective immediately.
You do not have permission to charge me again, and I demand a full refund for the payments that were taken without my knowledge or approval.

UPDATE: 5/5/2025
Good news.
I did get a reply and was able to get a full refund. I did have proof that I was charged by mistake and was able to show for it.

I changed the rating to 3 stars because they gave me my money back, but none of this should have happened.

4/20/2025:
If I could give zero stars, I would! But that isn't an option so I am forced to give a 1 star review.

I never signed up for this app, but got charged $53.19 and $14.59 for an app I did not sign up for. In order to see what was going on, I had to create and account to sign in, and even doing so, it shows I have no subscription in my account.

I received an email that I will not receive a refund and that I can continue using the app until the subscription runs out.

This is blatantly wrong. I did not sign up and when I contacted them immediately, this is the only response I got. Truly, a scam of a company!

I am being charged an unauthorized fee

I am being charge a monthly fee of $30.95 for something I never asked for and certainly did not purchase this via phone as stated in my credit card statement. I immediately contacted my CC company to dispute these unauthorized charges. Total scam!!!!!!!

Terrible company!

When I made what I thought was a one time purchase there was nothing stating I was signing up for a subscription. I NEVER sign up for paid subscriptions, ever! 3 months later I see a charge for $53.19 so I sent the required email only to be rejected of a refund. This is terrible and they must be making a ton of money on people doing this unethical practice!

The app does not meet my expectations. The format for each book consistently repeats itself. Perhaps it was designed for individuals who require additional support retaining information. For me, it is excessively repetitive.

One size fits all content and 0 refund policy

Disgusting!!!!
Ordered this today. Took a 3 month subscription and they refused to give a refund when I cancelled just hours after. I quickly realised that this was not what it was advertised as. I imagined a set plan based on all the questions they asked, instead it was just the website. The book summaries weren't that great and the way the information was put out was not visually appealing or easy to digest.
They said their terms of use says that there's no refund....
Low ! Unhelpful! Poor !!

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Only signed up for trial and cancelled subscription. They did not acknowledge my cancellation of subscription, or my signing up to only the trial (which I made certain was the case and never subscribed or used their service). They continued to take funds from my account for the past 6 months. They don’t acknowledge emails, gaslight, and take a long time to respond to concerns. The only email ever received from was an initial email, nothing since. No warning about them unlawfully taking funds. Based on Australian law they are operating completely illegally. So fed up with these companies that steal money. We also have a son with a brain tumor on chemo treatment so every cent counts and this has added extra and unecessary pressure on my family! steer clear! It’s only a matter of time before there is class action which SHOULD be initiated immediately based on all the people Mind scape have stolen funds from
