Worst decision I ever made. Site is a total scam.

It's a scam. It is a quality product with no app or audio to access the content. Imagine reading the summary from your phone using the browser. This is ridiculous! Blinkist is a lot better than this. Unfortunately, there is no refund, and I have subscribed for 3 months.

Before purchasing the subscription, they advertised a 7-day cancellation policy. Unfortunately, the app was not working properly on either my phone or laptop, so I contacted them within the 7-day period to request a refund. However, they have since responded, refusing to issue the refund.

This is a clear case of false advertising, and I intend to escalate this matter with my bank.

Total rip off! Got sucked in and thought I was doing a trial and they charged me twice! Tried cancelling and nothing. Total fraud! Reported them to my credit card for fraudulent activity. I will always be checking reviews now before any trials.

This is a rip off! I explained to them that I never used this app! They can see I never used it I am sure. I tried canceling just hours after I noticed it on my bank statement. So $34.58 was taken from my card. I will bring this to the BBB!!! I only just received confirmation from Apple yesterday. They are just as bad. No live customer service to talk too!

It's a fraud! They charge you for no service.

Paid but received no email or info or confirmation of receipt. Now I need to figure out how to cancel it!

They charged me twice and they will not reply to any of my emails except for the one about cancelling my subscription where they asked Why? I replied about being charged twice but never heard from them. I dont understand how these fraudsters aren't investigated by the platforms they are on. The content on the website is cheap and shabby and not deep and inciteful like i was hoping. Really disappointed that i fell for a scam and am out of pocket- i wonder how may people this has happened to and how much they have profited from this!

Not allowing any refund after first try and realize the service do not match your expectation. Typical of a company that do not trust their own product. Keep away!
In my case, page is locked and makes it impossible to get audio read back by your web browser of the text.

**SCAM**
This app is fraudulent. They immediately charge you 3 months worth of fees + plus additional (unmentioned) charges and no response when you contact their help desk. I have requested my policy be terminated immediately but no reply. I will be contacting my bank today to stop all future payments. Instagram should be ashamed for not vetting scammers like this before promoting their products. Hopefully by the time you are reading this it isn't too late for you too.

Scam. No app and several emails to cancel subscription - still no confirmation/reply

This is a scam app. There is no app just a website by the way. Charged me twice once for a one month and once for 3 months. After figuring out how to login, it turned out that none of the book summaries they talked and showed at the intro, is there. Nothing. Sent complaints to customer support email. Auto response with a link to FAQ file which did not work . Could not login to their zen desk. They say you can cancel subscription through profile, but no such thing. No cancellation option.

Instagram should be ashamed that they advertise such sites on their platform.

I receive phone calls and emails daily for this app, they share a similar name but it is not our company. We build websites and handle paid advertising campaigns. Just based on the amount of upset customers I get for this unrelated company I do not recommend.

I signed up twice mistakenly and did not receive log-in credentials or access to the app. I've submitted an email to notify them of the issue without hearing back yet. I believe this app is a scam.

State a 30 day money back guarantee but refuse a refund on completed transactions. DO not use, do not trust

I did not read the review before subscription. It is a scam. No book summary nor app, it's just some high level theories. Rubish!
