After waiting nearly 3 weeks for my Nepal holiday photobook it finally arrived yesterday. The quality of the photos is cheap and nasty. It looks like it has been printed off a inkjet printer and as another reviewer said it had no gloss or matt. Soo disappointed as I deliberately borrow a very expensive camera to take amazing shots of Annapurna mountain and scenery and this has done it no justice what soo ever. DO NOT USE this company.

I pre-purchased multiple vouchers to use at Minibox for calendars, Xmas Ornaments and Photobooks. Unfortunately my Xmas ornaments were a great disappointment and sent a complaint to minibox. After almost a month of waiting for a response, I was told to send photos of the problem. I did this, and after another week, I am still waiting for a response. I also had a query regarding the promotion codes for my calendar order. I have been waiting for over one month for assistance, and all I keep receiving is an automated message apologising for the delay but they are very busy at this time of the year! Another response one week ago asked me to send them a copy of my vouchers which I did. My vouchers expire in 2 days and I am still waiting. Overall, I am most disappointed with their lack of customer service and poor quality of the Xmas ornaments. I definitely won't be using them again.

Ordered 3 photobooks with hard-covers.
The online album editor is quite rudimentary, it can be really time-consuming to create a personalised photobook that looks good, but with time you learn to deal with it.
I was mostly disappointed by the photo impression quality: no consistency between pages in term of contrast, resolution, colour balance...Some photos are nice, sharp and well-contrasted, while others seem to have very blemish black and blurry areas(When comparing with the digital version). The photo on the pages didn't have that real "photo" glossy or mat look, but more the style of something that came out of your everyday Deskjet printer.
Although the hard-covers looked decent, but the paper and the bindings are looking quite cheap.

I would not recommend their photobook if you're after something that looks pro (e.g. for your wedding photos, or for work), but for after something cheap, quick and dirty, it might be worth it only if you get some discount with groupon.
