I accidentally put the wrong address in when ordering and when I emailed the team for help they sent out another one right away to the correct address for no extra cost. Great customer service with fast replies.

I was so excited to order these for my nephews and watch them explore everything inside and out, but come to find out they already had this amazing product. I contact Minilabsters and they were so kind, helpful, and friendly as they canceled my order, refunded my card, and were so personable to speak with. Thank you so much Minilabsters!

I finally found the perfect gift for a special little girl and ordered the MiniMicroscope in such a hurry I forgot to check Christmas delivery times. When I realized I would not be able to deliver the gift I contacted the company and they offered to cancel the order immediately . We decided to just change the delivery address and she’ll have it for Christmas !

When the tracking no. said order not found I contacted the company and was given another way to track the parcel, this arrived two days earlier than the expected date with the goods well packed - they look good but haven't tried them.

I ordered the MiniLabsters but I put the wrong delivery address. I email the business and got an answer super fast. They shipped the package the next day. AMAZING client services! Definitely recommend!

I ordered two mini scopes in mid-November and was anxious to get them in time for Christmas. When I wrote an email to inquire about my order, I received a very quick reply back from Marc to update me on my shipping and my order in general. He was very reassuring and genuine in his communication with me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our package got lost in the mail. I reached out to their support team and they were WONDERFUL. They were so kind and immediately dispatched a replacement package so my girls wouldn’t miss such a cool Christmas present. What a wonderful group of employees they have! Definitely shopping with them again!

Ordered a microscope for my daughter, the order confirmation is apparently something completely different and i only noticed upon receiving the product and complaining. The product which i have received an order confirmation on, is something i have never seen or ordered. Fortunately it was about only 200 DKK - suspicious company.

Since I left a bad review, now 2 days later, the website has tried to remove my review from trustpilot, since it is a bad one.
