Really cool mini microscope products! I ordered during the Black Friday sale and made a mistake. I was able to easily reply to my confirmation email to request help and Marc fixed it and issued a refund for the difference—all on Thanksgiving day! Super great customer service. Thank you!

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email and I didn't know my order number. I emailed customer service and within an hour I had a response and my confirmation email. I am so impressed with the quality and speed of customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and would 10 out of 10 recommend Mini Labsters to anyone with children!

Ich vergebe 2 Sterne wegen des relativ schnell reagierenden Kundenservice.
Ansonsten ist es schade,das offensichtlich zuerst die Schuld beim Kunden gesucht wird und erheblicher Druck ausgeübt wird um PayPal Fälle zu schließen,damit man als Firma gut da steht. Es wirkt nicht so,als wenn die Hilfe für den Kunden im Vordergrund steht sondern es geht ausschließlich um das Eigene Standing der Firma. Das hat Geschmäckle.
Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen und kann es auch leider nicht gutem Gewissens empfehlen.

Ich habe jetzt schon 2x eine Anfrage von Trustpilot bekommen ich möchte bitte beweisen,das meine Bewertung echt ist,also der Fall nicht erfunden ist.
Minilabsters würde an der Echtheit meiner Bewertung zweifeln.
Dieses Verhalten der Firma Minilabsters zeigt nochmal explizit was ich meine ...
Kritik wird nicht konstruktiv angenommen,sondern der Kritiker wird schlecht gemacht.Unseriöser geht es kaum.
Trustpilot kann nix dafür.
