Heads up!!
Delivery was great, but only because I just happened to run home on my lunch break… no idea or heads up of any kind they were coming. Package arrived undamaged, and quickly.

Missing components, empty tank
I have purchased 2 units from minisplits4less now and I've had a couple of issues.
1) There was a line set missing upon delivery of a 3 zone unit. Only 2 line sets were included.
2) One of the valves was left in the open position before shipping so it arrived to me empty with no refrigerant.
Otherwise the units are attractive and quiet. The only reason they get 4 stars and not 3 is due to above average customer service and a 5 yr warranty.

Great unit great price, wrong line set-not so great
Received unit in great condition. Shipper was great. Went to do the installation found the install kit was the 1/4-1/2 line set . The unit is 1/4-3/8 can not install. Put install on hold, till I get the right line set.
