Great value and delivered item very quickly! Would highly recommend!

If I could give their customer services a 0 I would. Very difficult to deal with, I have been chasing my phone for too long now, originally they sent a phone that no where near matched the description of "very good quality", returned the phone, had to email to see if they received it and it has been nothing but me chasing up on the replacement since. They received the returned phone almost 2 weeks ago and I have still not received the replacement. Really poor customer service!

Received poorly repaired phone, refunded the same day I received it. Very disappointed as not as per the description.

I was advised the phone will be delivered on Thursday but apparently due to a wrong phone number it was not delivered. Delivery need address and not phone number. Even when confirmed to the DPD the correct phone number on Friday morning the advised it will be delivered during the day acknowledging they have now the core phone number. But instead the phone was returned back to your warehouse. I had bought the phone as a gift as I was traveling on the Saturday but not having arrived I had to re arrange for delivery to someone travel to the same destination I was travelling to and had to pay extra for delivery in country. Overall it was a hectic experience.

Zero stars isn't an option. No phone received as missed the DPD delivery. I've been chasing a refund for 6 weeks now and no response. I am out of pocket to the tune of almost €400 and getting no where.

I ordered a pair of Bluetooth earbuds 16 days ago and I haven't received anything yet. Can't even track the delivery status on DPD and no one knows where my parcel is. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro. When I powered on the phone for the first time the phone got extremely hot and would not work. It continued to get hotter until the phone lost power. Each time I tried to power it on the screen would not work either and I was unable to unlock the phone. I reached out to customer care via email and I did not get a response for a few days.

I will purchase from company again in the future very prompt with delivery, item was described as phone on website,I am delighted with my Samsung A23 ultra, thanks again
