Did an online order. I feel that the product should arrive to me as if I went in and picked it myself. I was sent one in good condition and one that the box was all torn. Outside packing wasnt damaged so it was obviously sent that way. Poor choice on there part but luckily it was for myself and not a gift

Ordered a refurbed S21. Came locked to Vodafone. Wouldn't take our SIMs. Sent it back under their guarantee (Registered Post). No refund or response. Emailed twice. Nothing. Wrote a registered letter giving them 14 days to respond. Nothing. Now looking for a chargeback or the Small Claims Court. Worst is will have to spend twice as I now need to buy elsewhere. I'd give no stars if I could.

Very pleased with the iPhone I bought, the condition was as stated “very good “. Received the phone in less than 48 hours after ordering it.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra advertised in “Very Good” condition. The phone arrived faulty — the back glass was detaching and it kept rebooting. After returning it, I was initially told I would get a replacement, but this was then reversed with the excuse of “no stock,” even though equivalent devices were still listed on their own website.

Instead of a proper replacement, I was issued a refund without being given the choice, followed by a voucher offer. First €40, then increased, but only usable if I repurchased a downgraded version of the phone with lower specifications (8GB RAM instead of 12GB).

This felt misleading and unprofessional:

Selling faulty goods as “Very Good” condition.

Claiming no stock while advertising stock online.

Forcing a refund and offering vouchers instead of a lawful replacement.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Phone came in perfect condition, with very speedy delivery. This is the second phone I've gotten from Mint+, makes so much more sense than buying new

Mint present themselves professionally beginning with their website which is easy to navigate to the well presented packaging .
The phone which was categorised as good ,exceeded my expectations in overall condition and functions perfectly.
My only issue was that I was unaware that the courier delivery needed to be hand transferred and as a consequence my delivery was rescheduled .

Great price and great communication from start to finish. Definitely will return for other items.
