Very helpful staffs and pleasant experience

I purchased a MiraMate Mini a few months ago and would like to express my pleasure with the product and the service.
I had shoulder joint pains for months, this was greatly helped first by using a Spooky2 Generator but it wasn't the easiest to setup and run. So I decided to order a MiraMate Mini. It worked wonderfully, ending any shoulder joint pain within literally a few hours. Recently I twisted my knee causing great pain, I could hardly walk. I started using the Mini a few hours after the incident. The pain started easing off several hours later, I ran it overnight and the pain was almost gone the next morning, the swelling also had decreased greatly. By the third day there was no pain and only a slight swelling remained. I stopped the Mini treatment then and some aching returned so I ran it overnight again. After that I haven't used it on the knee and there's no pain but I can feel that it's not completely cured yet. I haven't taken any medicines in over a year for anything. The MiraMate Mini is truly a self treatment tool and so far is wondrful. Cliff

Chat support was quick to respond and was able to accommodate my special request to transfer points from a separate account. I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of Spooky2 products so it was an easy decision once it was time to research & buy a MiraMate since I already trust John White (owner).

Let me talk about the service Linda Fu gave during the multiple email and chat conversations. It felt like being treated as a VIP. Which I believe they do so with everyone.
