Every time I chat with someone from Spooky2/Miramate, I am always impressed with their professionalism and willingness to do everything to make my requests a pleasant experience. Last night I chatted with Linda and today Kally. Both ladies were so helpful after my mistake and I really appreciate them both.

Linda was so helpful in resolving my issue.
She was just so helpful in talking through the issue (I managed to damage pins on the plug) she sent me pictures and videos on WhatsApp and when the issue couldn't be resolved over the phone she sent me the spare part. The part arrived promptly and my Miramate is now up and running I am feeling the benefits already.

Chloe was so instrumental in helping me solve my problem when I broke the bulb on my ray gun. She helped me trouble shoot for a solution so I wouldn’t have to buy a new ray gun when I couldn’t get the rest of the broken bulb out of the gun. Chloe always responded to my communications and was supportive and assuring that we’d figure something out. She promised me she’d stay with me till we got it fixed or replaced. If you break the bulb off it’s nearly impossible to grip the bulb with tweezers to pull out what’s left. I put some super glue inside the bulb and stuffed it with some Terry cloth leaving a tail to pull on when glue dried. Next day I pulled bulb out. My ray gun is back in service with new bulb. Thank you Chloe for your help and support!❤️

Total fraud- complete rip off- scam scam scam. I bought this and it did nothing- then I bought a real one- huge difference!!

We had an issue with one of our big magic pads. Lisa in customer service followed up with emails promptly & resolved our problem! We use Miramate’s PEMF therapy big magic pads, mini magic, light & red light to resolve any health issues! We are so pleased & thankful for successful healing!

I asked for help with an issue I had and the response was immediate (taking into account the difference in time zones). I was instructed on how to resolve the issue and it worked the first time I tried.

Love their customer service! Had some issues with shipping and they communicated with me almost everyday until the matter was resolved. Oh and I love all of the 4 products is purchased! Has already changed my health for the better ❤️

I love my mini-magic...I have extensive nerve damage and asteoarthritis (compressed and impinged nerves in my cerical and lumbar spine) caused by a childhood polio vaccine contaminated with SV40...moderate to severe pain everywhere....this is the first device I've used that actually works...I love the science behind it's development...great research...I spend at least 6 hours a day chasing the pain from the nerves in my spine to my shoulders, arms and legs...especially my feet...it felt like I was walking on shards of glass...the pain is lessening the more I use the mini magic...I'm saving my money to buy a mat(s) Thank you so much for this wonderful product:))))))))) (today is March 29, 2023)

Total scam- I bought this and bought another from another company- this Mira mate changed nothing- but I had improved health with the other company- both had terrible customer service- however Mora Mates satisfaction guarantee is bull s- you are never getting your money back from them after the deduct all their fees. Then when that was unacceptable they wanted me to send it on to another customer!! Imagine!

Excellent customer service! My MiniMagic coils failed within the warranty period but it would have cost me$130 to ship them back to Miramate (I am in the USA). I contacted live chat support, I took photos of the failed coils on the tester for them. They approved my warranty replacements!

I contacted customer services and I can honestly say that the service that is provided is excellent. It doesn't matter what query or questions that you have, someone is always there to help you. They also get back to you relatively quickly too which is also good.

I had a problem with the coil, it wasn't working, so I contact support where Lisa took care of my problem, she was very kind and supportive and at the end she solved the problem. For that I give 5 stars.
Now I started to use my Mini Magic!!

I spent the Christmas holiday with family in Belgium and asked MiraMate to send my order there. Normally it would take at most 15 days for delivery. So enough time before I returned to my home in Romania. But somehow there was a delay. As I had to leave for Romania the parcel could not be delivered and DHL stored the parcel in a depot. I panicked but Anna Gu set me at ease and managed to have DHL to readdress the parcel and indeed after some time the Big Magic was gratefully delivered to me in Romania.

Lisa Zhang was very helpful and made my experience easy.

Kally Yao in quick respond for my answer . She was polite and helpful .
