Just ordered a BIG Magic Deluxe mat recently for my mom's Covid Recovery. Mat arrived and we were not able to get the Coil to show any activities. I reached out and Miramate responded quickly and with their help we were able to get the Coil to work.
I am very happy with their online and Whatsapps support. I plan to write another review about their product once we get the chance to see how it works and if it will help with Covid recovery. Thank you.

I purchased the cold laser wrist X and did not see that Miramate had sent an email with a $15.00 coupon code. I had already clicked the purchase button so it was too late to add code. I did chat with Myra Yao at Miramate support and she was kind enough to let me know that she would be requesting a $15 credit for me. That was great customer service!!

Bought the MiraMate cold laser wrist X device. The unit is solid and well made. I don't have any particular health issues (apart from tinnitus) and I bought the device for health maintenance. No effect on the tinnitus as yet (using the ear lasers) but will continue to use and monitor. Support from the team is very quick, I have other devices bought previously and can always get a quick repay to questions when I need it.

Purchased flash and ray gun as well as handheld laser. The flash was successfull in treating my mothers eczema that she had for 10 years. I'm currently using ray gun to treat some warts. Bigger ones have been easily taken care of, but flatter ones are a bit more difficult and I'm still working on it.

Just bought the Big Magic. Haven't used it yet as the coil tester was not flashing when placed on the mat. I contacted the support team and liaised with Kally Yao who helped with the connecting issues. Fantastic prompt service by the team. I will write again on the outcome of the mat but for now I am well impressed with the service.

I sent a Mira Mate big magic PEMF deluxe mat to my mother-in-law on Mother’s Day. I asked my sister-in-law to help to assemble and test the Mat. For some reasons the coil tester didn’t work. So I invited her to sleep on the mat one night to see if it works or not. Surprisingly, she told me she didn’t know what happened , she felt extremely energised and slept so soundly she never had before. She keeps testing on the mat for few days, her insomnia gone! She told me she loves the mat so much that she doesn’t want to let go of it 😂😂😂 I ordered one more mat so that both of my family can share the amazing effects of the PEMF mat.🤣🤣🤣 The support team is always helpful, supportive and professional to solve any issues 👍👍👍like😍🥰

I have had the flash for a year and have used it on various skin conditions. It really helps. I am grateful to have it and look forward to obtaining some of the other MiraMate products. This company's quality has always been terrific.

Very happy with the recently bought Ray gun, finally got rid of a persistent skin condition of dry scabs on my feet and legs, probably caused by a fungus. Two weeks of daily treatment for 15 min did the job!
