Reflective review
Can't give any other rating than 5X. The mirror 180cm×80cm ordered at a great price. Standard delivery up to 15 days, so I patiently waited. The mirror was securely delivered on a Sunday. Driver Chris courteous & professional. Mirror is secured via a metal backing & countersunk frame. This is perfect for my intended use in my home gym. The mirror can be easily moved across rubber flooring without touching the tempered glass. Then can be propped up against a wall etc. Well packed & very happy. For whatever reason delivery can take a couple of weeks (maybe to get enough orders to make delivery runs cost effective) either way super quality so fully recommended all round.

There was a slight in delay in me…
There was a slight in delay in me receiving my mirror, however, everything was done to get this out to me asap due to it being a gift for my daughter 👧🏼. As a gesture a box of chocolates was sent as an apology.. Excellent communication kept me informed and updated and the mirror looks amazing thank you ☺️

Very happy with the whole experience…
Very happy with the whole experience from buying to delivery.
There was a delay in delivery but I was kept informed and offered the option of cancelling the order, I’m very glad I didn’t.
Very happy with the mirror, great quality, well packaged and the delivery chap was really helpful and nice despite his very long day.
Will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

I was concerned it might have been a bit flimsy but it's very sturdy and high quality.
Delivery showed up as scheduled and carried it into the house.

Would definitely recommend
I’m always a little anxious about ordering items online, especially from new websites I’m unfamiliar with. However, this has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Exactly what I wanted
I found exactly what I wanted to go in my hallway with the Belgravia Mirror, and at such a great price, made even better with a £20 off introductory discount.
I was also very pleasantly surprised by the delivery time. The delivery time was quoted 6-15 working days but it actually arrived only 4 days after I ordered.
My experience with Peter (customer service) & Chris (delivery driver) was first class.
Brilliant company and experience, I will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service
What a lovely company to do business with from start to finish. I had to return a lamp due to my mother changing her mind & they couldn't be more helpful. They got back to me straight away & arranged to pick it up at my home at no extra cost & my refund was dealt with quickly. I highly recommend this company & would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Good company to deal with as far as…
Good company to deal with as far as customer service is concerned. Always answer your problem very efficiently. Very good communication. However lost a point for how long the delivery takes to be delivered when I first ordered my mirror it said 5 to 7 working days. However it took from the 12th June to 8th July to arrive. Which I think it was because I emailed them I got it then. Was told it was sent on the Friday 4th July but actually was sent next day delivery on the 7th of July. When waiting for so long for the mirror to arrive it was nothing like the picture shown on the website. It seemed so much bigger on the picture on the dressing table than it actually was. Yes I should have looked at the measurements but for the price they were asking I presumed that was the one I was getting, but it was very small the one I received. I contacted them and they agreed for it to be returned. That wasn’t quite smooth sailing either but not the company’s fault more the delivery people. I have since bought one which is huge got it in 3 days and was 1/2 the price. Finally got my refund today 24th July that went smoothly. I think as a company be more upfront about your delivery times and perhaps put real photos of the mirrors you are selling. If you do different sizes than shown make it more clearer. 5 ⭐️customer service though.
On the reply from MOL you said I chose the return service I didn’t choose Evri you chose them I said I wouldn’t choose them so you should get your facts right. I offered to pay next day delivery with the same people you chose to deliver it to me FedEx. As you also said that mirror came in different sizes nowhere on your website did it say that. Stick to the true full facts please.

Regarding the delay with your delivery, there was unfortunately a temporary stock issue at the time of your order, which we did communicate, but we completely understand how frustrating the extended wait must have been.
We also understand you encountered some difficulty with the return process. While we did offer the use of our in-house delivery team to assist with the return, we respect your choice to use an external courier, though it can sometimes lead to added complexity. We appreciate your patience throughout that process and are glad to hear your refund was processed smoothly in the end.
With regards to the product imagery and sizing- we’re genuinely sorry you felt the mirror received didn’t match expectations. It’s never our intention to mislead, and while the measurements are included in the product description, your feedback is valid. We do sell the mirror in multiple sizes, and we understand how photos can sometimes give an impression that doesn’t quite match the real thing. We’ve taken your comments on board and will be reviewing and updating our images to better reflect each product’s size more clearly.
