The mirror is exactly as pictured and detailed, very happy and the service for delivery was fantastic. Due to a missed email, I missed the delivery but the customer service was amazing rearranging and delivering to me. Would highly recommend this company.

Although it took longer than the estimated delivery, customer service was amazing and I was kept up to speed at all times. When the mirror was delivered, I also was given a box of chocolates as an apology for the time it took which was such a lovely touch. This goes to show how this company go above and beyond to make the customer experience a good one, even when situations are out of their control. The mirror is beautiful and compliments my home well. Will definitely be using Mirrors of London again.

Fantastic company
Customer service was amazing , best I’ve had. Chris the delivery driver was lovely. He had to bring my mirror 4 flights of stairs with no lift and he still had a smile. He put it in the room of my choice and unboxed it for me. Love my mirror, and if I need anymore mirrors I’ll certainly be using mirrors of London. Thank you

We’re very disappointed to receive this 1-star review and want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously. However, we do feel this review doesn’t accurately reflect your full experience with us.
You were informed the day before delivery via email, which included a one-hour time slot and instructions to contact us if you wouldn’t be available. We received no response, so proceeded as planned.
On the day of delivery, our in-house Delivery Team attended the address you provided at checkout. When no one was home, they made several attempts to contact you—calling multiple times, leaving voicemails, and sending messages—but received no reply. Rather than fail the delivery, our driver made the decision to leave the mirror safely at the side of the property and notified you immediately.
Shortly after, we were contacted by an honest individual who informed us the mirror had been delivered to their property by mistake. This property was not 'next door' as mentioned in your review, but a mile down the road—confirming that the incorrect address was entered by you at the checkout.
We tried to contact you, again via phone and email without success, to inform you of this matter. Eventually, you responded and provided us with your correct address. Despite the error not being ours, we acted quickly: the very next day, our driver travelled back from London to collect the mirror from the mistaken address and deliver it to you.
During that delivery, you informed the driver that your contact number was also incorrect. The driver reported that you were very appreciative of his efforts and even gave him a tip, which makes it especially surprising to now see claims that he was rude.
Our Delivery Team consistently receives glowing feedback for their professionalism and service. Even in situations where mistakes occur—such as this one, which was due to incorrect information being entered—we go above and beyond to resolve issues as smoothly as possible.
To conclude, the matter was resolved promptly with considerable extra time and travel, all of which could have been avoided. Since your review, we have also tried to reach out to discuss the concerns raised but have not heard back.
If you would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—we’re always happy to listen and help where we can.
