At the time I booked my reading with Daniel, my wonderful father was in spirit but my mother was still in body. I was hoping my father would come through for me and would be able to help me communicate with my mother who was suffering the effects of a series of strokes. Since booking my reading, my mother sadly passed away. Daniel told me there was a strong male presence and also a female. The reading was so comforting and re-assuring. Daniel told me so many things about my father that he couldn't have known before meeting me. I felt very reassured and comforted by the messages from my father. And then Daniel told me that my mother was the female presence who was with my Dad. I received so much reassurance from hearing positive messages from my mother who had not been well before she passed away and was unable to communicate with us. Daniel described the beautiful elegant lady that we remember her being, and comforted me by telling me that Mum was now as she was before her strokes. I cried a great deal during the reading. Everything resonated so much and Daniel was so kind and compassionate. I really didn't know what to expect, but the reading far exceeded anything I could have asked for. I came away very emotional, quite exhausted but with so much more tranquility than I have experienced since the passing of my wonderful parents. I would like to thank Daniel so much. I have read all the reviews and can only say in my personal experience with Dan that he has behaved towards us as an arrogant bully. He falsely accused my daughter of making unkind comments on their platform and then withdrew a prize she legitimately won by citing "her"bad behaviour, an appointment by the way that was not honoured and cancelled at the last minute citing Jen being unwell at the time, which we could fully understand. Then an email arrives with completely false accusations. We were absolutely horrified at the unwarranted and wrongful accusation, especially as my daughter has herself been so very unwell, in and out of hospitals and hasnt even been following them for quite a while. When asked to provide evidence of screenshots and voice recordings which he claimed he had, he failed to do so(wouldnt you be quick to back your accusation up especially when challenged and told you have the wrong person, just because they share first names or at the very least go back and check your information?). The reason is SOLELY because he has the WRONG person he was accusing. Evidence of who my daughter was has been given to him along with the fact he CLEARLY has a case of mistaken identity. The person who did behave like this has been verified to us by one of his staff/helpers. He is arrogant and certainly does not lead in love and light in my experience. I wouldnt want a reading from someone who behaves with such malice and is incapable of apologising when he is so clearly in the wrong but is very quick to accuse others of unethical and unkind behaviour. This matter is not over and has been taken further, defamation is not ever to be taken lightly people nor is running competitions you dont honour to announced winners citing incorrect and false accusations. And no I am not a troll, this review is based solely on my personal interaction with him and I had only known of him by my daughters previously glowing opinion of Jen and Dan, I say previously as his refusal to acknowledge his mistake or apologise has shown his true colours of his character in my humble opinion.

I have followed them for a while, after recently losing my mum. Had the courage to join their live and ask a question for the first time. Dan completely belittled and humiliated me... he was outright rude. Certainly showed his true colours. I have lost all respect for him.
Imagine claiming to care and want to bring comfort but actually making a grieving person feel worse. Shame on you!

My reading with Dan was my first experience talking to a medium.
He was amazing I’m so grateful that he brought my Grandad through. Since he passed 2 years ago I’ve been really struggling with 3 specific things and Dan working with my grandad gave me so much closure on these. He got so much right and things I’d forgotten or hadn’t thought about in so long he brought up. Nothing he spoke to me about is on social media either which I know people worry about. Dan is such a kind person and made me feel so much ease as I’m a very anxious person. Will definitely do it again! Thankyou so so much xx

I wanted to share my honest experience because I know how personal and emotional it can be to seek guidance through a medium, and I think it’s important to set expectations for others.

I had my first reading with Dan after having a really good experience with another medium previously, so I went in with an open mind and realistic expectations. Unfortunately, things didn’t go well from the start. Dan was late to the appointment and seemed quite disoriented when we began. For about 30 to 40 minutes, he asked many questions, but nothing he said resonated or was correct, apart from my mother’s name. I answered “no” to nearly everything he said.

To his credit, at the end of that session he acknowledged that it wasn’t fair to me since nothing was connecting, and he offered to do another reading at a different time — which I thought was very decent and professional of him.

When the second session came around, however, another woman unexpectedly joined the call. I hadn’t been told that someone else would be there, so it felt a bit uncomfortable and unprofessional. The two of them tried for about 20 minutes, but again, nothing they said made sense or matched anything in my life. Eventually, Dan stopped and said it wasn’t fair again, as they weren’t connecting, and he offered to refund my payment.

Once again, I appreciated that gesture — it felt honest and fair in the moment. Unfortunately, that’s where things went downhill. The refund never came. I followed up politely by email three separate times over several weeks, but I never received a reply or any update. My messages were completely ignored.

I completely understand that not every mediumship reading will go well — that’s just the nature of this kind of work, and I accepted that from the start. But what really disappointed me was the lack of integrity afterward. If you promise a refund, you should honor it. Ignoring a client after offering a refund is not professional behavior.

So, in summary:

The readings themselves were completely inaccurate both times.

The second session included another person without prior notice.

A refund was offered but never issued, and my follow-up emails were ignored.

It’s unfortunate because I actually respected him for being honest during the readings when things weren’t working. But the follow-through matters just as much as the reading itself. I would advise others to go to a medium who communicates clearly, keeps their word, and handles clients with integrity.

Loved my reading win Dan, communicated very well how it was going to work just really good experience for a first time he made the experience very easy and felt really individual to me. Great and would highly recommend.

I booked a reading with Jen for 15th September, unfortunately on the day of the appointment I was emailed to say there was a technical issue and Jen had been overbooked. I was asked to give availability for the next couple of weeks and they would book me in asap.
I did this and heard nothing, I reached out again, was asked to give more dates- heard nothing!
After a month I reached out again, politely requesting a full refund- still had no response! I’ve now had to go through my payment provider to retrieve the refund.
I am so disappointed in this poor communication and lack of care to a paying customer; from what I had seen on TikTok, Jen and Dan had always claimed to be ethical and trustworthy- I feel very let down by this whole experience

Despite some technical issues at my end, Dan soldiered on through! So glad that he did as I desperately wanted to hear from my beautiful little girl who has passed on! Wow, a deeply personal reading, in which, Dan was able to explain the quirks & characteristics of my beautiful girl!! Connections with your loved ones like this is priceless! The comfort & reassurance it brings offers some healing &, despite me being truly heartbroken, it made my heart sing a little again! Thank you Dan!

Dan got names and dates correct he read me like a book knew things about my relations he was spot on and after the reading which was at times emotional I was left with some positivity back in my life I would defo recommend this guy 100% and I cant thank him enough

I had booked a reading with Jen on the 29th September and unfortunately she was poorly so had to cancel last minute. I was gutted. Dan emailed me to say they would rebook me and I would get a new appointment by 30th. It is nearly 3 weeks on and despite contacting them I have still not received a new appointment . I have since requested a refund but have still not had a response to that email. I just feel that the amount of time spent online during the last couple of weeks it would have been courteous to respond to an upfront paying customer. Very disappointed in the service and at a time where I felt I needed some guidance and reassurance I feel very let down. I have paid up front for a service that I have not had and had no refund has yet been received

Had a reading with Dan. I can’t say it was anything to write home about. For the first 20 mins questions were asked, I could not relate to it at all. I ended up mentioning my loved one in spirit as I was constantly saying no, no, no. Nothing at all was accurate for the first half hour; it was only when I started giving information, the conversation got better. He was incredibly incorrect about my loved one. If I had paid full price for the reading, I would have felt so much worse. You’re so desperate for a connection with loved ones, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and unconvinced. The reading felt very vague and generalized—most of the statements could have applied to anyone. I also noticed many contradictions throughout the session, which made it difficult to trust the accuracy of what was being said. I have given feedback about my reading but I’ve been simply ignored. Says a lot as this impression of we are here blah blah on Tiktok & calling out other mediums, quite frankly, says alot about your own behaviour of blocking people. Easy to take money though isn’t it, You also changed direction several times during the reading when your guesses didn’t land, which made the whole thing feel scripted and not intuitive at all. There was no real connection, no specific details, and nothing that convinced me you were actually tuning into anything other than basic human psychology.

I respect that some people find comfort in these kinds of sessions, but based on my experience with Dan, I didn’t feel anything authentic or meaningful. It felt more like a performance than a service. For all the points mentioned, I 100% would not recommend Dan.

I won a free private with dan on a live that lisa donated as she wanted to give someone a reading as a gift. I had it about 3 weeks age. He got my daughters name right at the start, described things in the house, her eating habits, her trainers also other things but the things that stuck out the most was a single Brussel sprout(we always made the kids eat 1 sprout on Xmas day) and what my daughter bought at the shop the night before she passed...nobody could have know these things

I had a reading with Jen yesterday. it was amazing!
I have recently had a bereavement in my family and Jen had this person.
Jen described the person and described the tattoo they had and the correct place!!!
At the time of the reading we had no knowledge of the reason of passing and was still awaiting results as this is a sudden death. Jen told me how the person passed she went into detail and described where it happened and what was around them!!!
As we disconnected the call literally I had a call within a minute, the coroner had been in touch…. The cause of death is exactly what Jen said!!!
I couldn’t believe this I had to message Jen & Dan to tell them, I couldn’t get my head around it Jen had just told me what I had repeated on the phone it was very accurate!!!

Jen also mentioned my daughter and gave me her name, she said her age i was amazed.
There was some memories Jen saw and recalled them to me, these are my memories they are not on social media I do not put my private life on any social media and they are all private due to the nature of my job!!!

I was really comforted by my reading, Jen knew things no one could ever guess or make up. My mind was blown away!!!

Jen is very welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend any of the team. I do follow the Misfits platform I find lots of comfort in Dan & Jens videos, these are answering certain questions from the public about the afterlife and sometimes in life you need reassuring when grieving especially.
For me this reading answered questions, gave me proof and gave me so much comfort. You can ask for anyone or just go with who comes to you.

The reading was a 45 minute slot but Jen asked if it was ok she carried on past this time I happily agreed! The reading lasted 1 hour 30 minutes. You are not rushed at all they are happy to over run if needed and I think this speaks volumes about them as people. For me someone giving you valued time means a lot.

Even with all the criticism they’ve faced for standing up for the truth, they continue to do their work with honesty, courage, and love.
It’s rare to find people with such strength, sincerity, and selfless intention. Their courage, sincerity, and commitment to truth make them truly exceptional. They bring healing and hope to so many, and I trust them completely. I look forward to many more readings with them in the future!

My cousin had a reading from Dan “before all the drama” they have been causing on TikTok.
Dan brought through the correct person, but that’s where it ends unfortunately. Nothing resonated apart from what he passed of, which is on his ancestry.
So I don’t know how he’s got the audacity to slate other mediums when he doesn’t know what he’s doing himself.

He then also has the audacity to go to the police and report one of the mediums for harrasment, when he’s the ones harassing! And his partner in crime 🤣! Say no more…….
