Mission Repair fixed the fan on my daughters HP laptop. They offered good service and stood behind the repair. Service was given in the time frame we needed.

At first was a little worried about sending (2) iPod Touches off to have the screens replaced. Outstanding work, turn-around and price. Will recommend to my network!

I took in my I pad to have the glass replaced. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention, I got it back the very same day. The price was reasonable as well. We have a broken I phone now and I am taking it to them this week.

Needed My I-Pad screen changed asap....using it for work. Mission fixed it within an hour...had to pay a little extra...but worth it! Thanks

I'm so thankful that I found a reputable company that I could trust to repair my 160GB iPod classic. Though I've had it for 3 years and never had any problems, it stopped working for me while on vacation.
After checking on the internet, I found several companies....... The first one I sent it to diagnosed a bad logic board. After sitting there for a month, I called and inquired about the repair and they could not get a logic board, so they sent it back. I'm glad I called, or it would still be sitting there..... I then found Mission Repair and called them up. I explained the problem to them and what I was told it needed. Sent it in and received a call back and they checked the unit out and confirmed it was the logic board and said it could be repaired/ replaced and would be 3-4 weeks before I would receive it.
After 3 weeks, I received an email that it had shipped and received it overnight service the next day. I was soooo happy to get this back and it works great, just like new.
Before repairing it, I was looking at getting a new one, but decided not to as they were going for $500.00 on Amazon. 3 years ago, I bought mine for $250. I had the logic board, battery and rear cover replaced (as I had tried to open it myself and virtually destroyed it) and I only paid around $119.00 including overnight shipping. Well worth the price for having it repaired.
I have to say, Mission Repairs customer service was very helpful in taking care of this repair order and were very knowledgeable on my iPod Classic. I'm so glad I found them and had them repair it. If it should need any repair's again, I will be sending it to them and I can be rest assured that it will be repaired with 100% customer satisfaction and great customer service.

Mission repair told me the only thing my phone needed was a screen.
They said it would take a week to get the part. I got the phone back 4 weeks later. Also, troubleshooting is not what they are good at. When I got the phone back, it was not assembled completely. After snapping it together, a message came up that said "No SIM card found". So I took the phone to Verizon and found out that the phone needed additional repair. Guess Mission Repair missed all this in troubleshooting. I would not recommend this store, nor would I ever return.

Got my phone back to me the next day looking brand new. Great customer service, and was the best price I found. Would definitely recommend!

I took my PC into mission repair and have been back five or six times trying to get my PC virus free they still haven't been able to completely remove the virus and had to wipe my computer clean for a Plan B and still charge me the full $80

With top notch customer service and certified technicians you shouldn't take your device anywhere else! Mission Repair is THE place to take your phone, tablet, and computer to get serviced! I would never think about taking my device anywhere else.

I was excited to find mission repair close to where I live. I had already checked best buy and the apple store to fix my LCD on my iPad. It was a discouraging experience. After researching iPad repairs I found that it could be done efficiently and at an affordable cost, mission repair was my answer. The repair and pick up was convenient and fast. The store hours were also a plus.

Quite frankly, the ipod wasn't fixed when it was supposed to. Arrived to pick up and they told me it would be another day. As this was for my sister who was out of town that was unacceptable. Waited around for another hour so they could rush it. Got it to my niece and it wasn't fixed properly. I had to take it back again after having my sister drive it all the way back in from out of town and wait on it again. It was again not ready when promised. Obviously can't meet promises to clients and didn't even give a heads up or a call stating that it wasn't going to be finished on time.

Very good experience with my iPhone 4. Technician knew the problem and exactly how to fix it. It was ready as promised.

My iPhone looks and works just like it did before I dropped it and for a LOT less than replacing the phone. Thanks!

Took my son's phone to get repaired as it wasn't charging, they thought the port had gone bad. They replaced the port, but then the phone would not stay up and operating and the mic on the phone was not working. I took the phone back to them and they tried another port, thinking that the port they installed was bad. The original service tech apparently knew that the phone was having other issues, but failed to tell me that there was obviously other issues with the phone, this is why the phone would not stay up and running. They decided that they thought the motherboard had went bad in the phone and they could not repair that. I was told they would refund my repair charge, it took some time and a few phone calls to get the refund taken care of, but the money was refunded to my card. I would go back for a repair, it cost less than purchasing a new phone and they do stand by their work.

I had dropped my ipod classic and it quit working. Mission Repair was easy to get my ipod shipped to and it works very well now that I got it back. It took about three weeks from the time that I sent the Ipod to them to the time that it was in my mailbox.

We were having trouble keeping charge on the battery for an iPhone4. They let us know that we needed a new battery. They had to order one and it took 24 hours. We went back the next day, they popped the new battery in and reset some things and off we went. No problems. No waiting. Price was explained at the time the order was placed. No surprises. Great staff, great service. We will go back and would recommend.

Had my phone back and ready to use on the same day. Friendly staff had me check everything before I left to make sure everything worked.

I used Mission Repair to replace a battery in an iPhone 4S. They completed the work while I waited and at half the price that the Apple Store quoted. The battery and phone have work great since the replacement.

An additional plus is that the battery has a lifetime warranty.
