First time ordering from this website. Wasn't sure what to expect but the merchandise exceeded my expectations.
Delivery from China to the US took exactly 12 days from the time I ordered it to receiving it. Upon receiving the dress, it was well packaged and folded.
I noticed the impeccable quality and the craftsmanship of the dress was carefully executed. The fit was surprisingly perfect. I'm 5'4" and weigh 130lbs so I wasn't sure if the small would fit but it did. The dress has a slight stretch throughout due to the fabric inside.
Not restricted and itchy with the sequins on it and around my hip area there was stretch in the fabric. The chest area has molded cups inside and the length in the back is longer than the front. 4" heels would look best to elevate the style and stop the back of the dress from dragging on the ground.
Thankfully, I won't be wearing the dress until January so I'm glad I ordered it ahead of time. Love the style, quality, craftsmanship and beauty of this dress. Only hated I had to wait almost 2 weeks for the dress to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Will order again if I need to. Thanks for making me feel special, elegant and beautiful in this dress.

I can’t believe how great this company is! Not only is the quality of the dresses amazing, but their customer service is the best! I emailed them to tell them that I needed a dress to be delivered by a certain date because I had a wedding and it came exactly when I needed it! Not only that, but it fits me like a glove. The quality is stunning and the value for money unbelievable. I highly recommend Missord!!!

I ordered 5 dresses none of them fit. I followed the instructions for a return, I have reached out 6 times and no auth or return address received. Customer service is horrible and they ignore your emails. Beware when ordering, i will never ever order from them again!

The dress is beautiful. However, it was too large and I have sent numerous emails to return it and still have not received a return address. I reordered the same dress in a smaller size to wear to a formal holiday party but have not received it to date. I love Misord dresses just wish the return policy was easier

I have been trying to return a dress. It was delivered on 10/9/24. I tried it on and need to return it. I do not like the fit. I followed all instructions and emailed MissOrd customer service on 10/9/24 to start return. Per their instructions you have 15 days to return item and MUST have an authorization from them that they claim takes up to 3 days. Without authorization they will not accept a return. Today is 10/16/24. It’s been 7 days and I still have no response from them. I sent another email on 10/15/24 requesting an authorization. On their website they claim easy returns. This is false. Their office is in Hong Kong and cannot be reached. I will never order from this store again. I learned my lesson. Only buy in the USA! If I hear from them I will give an update.
***UPDATE*** Finally received return authorization and address on 10/21/24. I went to USPS to ship dress to store. Shipping is paid by customer. Shipping cost is $74 USD. Looks like I am keeping a dress I will never use.

I ordered a beaded gown and it looked like it was from Walmart. I am
STILL trying to return it but a week later I still haven’t received a reply from

I’m not going to lie I was nervous at first thinking g who knows what this dress is going to show up looking like, if it even showed up.
Well it looks beautiful like I paid $400 for it at Nordstrom!! Sizing was accurate also, will just need a small hem on the bottom…I’m short.

Had several beautiful selections to choose from. I have not received my order yet but I am very excited to see this elegant dress for my 50th
