Brought a crop top from MREP, the quality was disgraceful!!! very see through and thin, looked nothing like the picture and came white when it was supposed to be a tan colour. Will not be purchasing again, terrible

Terrible customer service, I received incorrect item, after waiting to receive a refund didn’t hear from them an when I emailed to try an resolve the problem they blocked my emails, still waiting for a refund. Do not recommend

Brilliant company, found exactly what I was after, which in my case was studded boots, very good quality, really comfortable. They sent them out really fast, and tracking was good, kept me up to date, so knew when they would be arriving, will definitely use them again xx

a large order with my husbands credit card (awesome), the product was a 4/5, service was perfect, returns dealt with promptly. overall good all round

The service was really good and I cannot fault that however the quality of the clothing isn’t great. I ordered a purple hoodie and joggers and they seemed excellent quality at first. However I have wore them once and they have gone so bobbly, all the fluff was coming off so I washed them thinking that may be the reason but nothing has changed and they just don’t look that great anymore.

delivery took longer than expected but only by a few days. overall AMAZING quality
