DO NOT USE - FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH

Extremely rude staff. I was a monthly member (cancelled today) until being greeted by super unprofessional staff at the entrance. The main issue is that the car is never clean after you’re done using it. They have a guy at the tunnel that literally spray whatever they’re spraying only in one side of the car (usually the driver side) and very poorly. The second issue is with the sticker. I don’t want their horrible sticker on my windshield. That simple. They want their on my windshield. I first explained that the car I’m driving is my only car and if they have any suspicious, THEY SHOULD CHECK for the car that I’ve signed up the plan for. Thats their job. My part of this deal is to pay the $40 plus monthly fee, and that’s it. After going back and forth, which is already not the best business practice, I told him if he had a problem with that, he should verify that I’m driving the car that’s in their system. He told me that I I don’t have the sticker on my windshield, I was in violation of my agreement. I finally asked him to cancel my membership and I said it’s their loss. The attendant response was: “Fine, I don’t care, I’m not losing anything”. The only thing I will PROMISE at this point, is that I will take my money elsewhere. With that many options around, they should really appreciate customers willing to be charged basically 2 Netflix subscriptions to use their car wash twice a month, if that much. Like I said, and I will proudly repeat: It’s their loss!

You can see by my pictures attached (taken 10 minutes after washing it) that on top of the horrible and unfriendly customer service, the quality of their washes are far from acceptable.

Do yourself a favor and try a different car wash. This one is not good and don’t care about their customers.

So Impressed!

So Impressed!! Pulling in to get my car washed,I was greeted with a welcome & a smile. Patrick E, an Operations Lead, helped me tremendously to understand their options &process. I pulled out my cash to purchase the Titanium, but then was told they only take "cards". Patrick stated today was on him! He even refused to take the cash,which had included their tip! Didn't think anything could outshine their Carnauba wax, but the service sure did! Thanks Mister! Thanks Patrick E.

At this car wash

At this car wash, they damaged the roof of my SUV. When I filed a claim, they completely washed their hands of the matter, stating that since it was a 2015 model, they could not be held responsible for the damages. They only cover recent-model vehicles. I would never recommend this place to my family or friends. My rating is a 0—this was the worst place I have ever taken my car to be washed.

BEWARE OF Mister Car Wash in Palm Coast

Mister Car Wash in Palm Coast, Florida
Mister Car Wash machine left chemicals on my entire vehicle, windows, mirror, door jams and my paint. They took no accountable and tried telling me these stains were from an irrigation system. Well, I certainly WAS NOT by any irrigation sytems anywhere. Besides, the irrigation system wouldn't put stains inside the door jams. Other customers are also complaining of having these chemical stains and residue on their vehicle as well. If you want to keep your car nice, I advise anyone please do not use Mister Car Wash in Palm Coast, Florida. Now I find myself stuck with trying to find a detail company to remove these chemicals and stains on my car from Mister Car Wash in Palm Coast Florida!!! Please PROCEED with CAUTION and BEWARE because they will absolutely NOT GOING TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY for DAMAGING YOUR VEHICLE.

Damage to Vehicle

I have been a paying monthly member at this Mister Car Wash location for several years and have routinely brought multiple vehicles through without prior incident. Based on that history, I expected their equipment to be properly maintained and operated in a way that would not cause damage.

During a recent wash, the system forcibly removed the entire roof-mounted antenna base from my vehicle, leaving an exposed opening in the roof. I heard a loud impact while in the wash tunnel but did not realize the extent of the damage until the following day. I promptly documented the damage, filed a claim, and asked that the detached component be located.

After reviewing their footage, my claim was denied on the basis of alleged “pre-existing damage.” The explanation cited a minor bend at the antenna tip and discoloration at the base. Neither condition would reasonably result in the antenna assembly being torn out of the vehicle. No supporting evidence or technical explanation was provided to substantiate that conclusion.

The business was also unable to locate or account for the detached antenna component within its equipment, which raises additional concerns about inspection, maintenance practices, and incident tracking.

In addition, both of my vehicles have developed clear coat scratching consistent with repeated brush contact while using this facility.

Given the nature of the damage and the response received, I am retaining all documentation related to this incident and evaluating next steps. Customers should weigh the potential risk of vehicle damage and the claims process experience when deciding whether to use this location.

Vehicle Damaged - Houston, TX

Date of Service: February 18, 2026
Service Purchased: Base Interior & Exterior Wash
Amount Paid: $32

On February 18, 2026, I brought my vehicle to this location for a routine Base interior and exterior car wash.

After receiving my car back, I discovered numerous marks across the hood. When attempting to wipe them away, it became clear these were paint chips rather than residue.

The vehicle had no such damage prior to entering the wash. The hood now contains dozens of fresh paint chips requiring body shop repair. I am currently filing an insurance claim as a result of this incident.

Despite the damage occurring during the service, I was not issued a refund.

A car wash service should not result in an insurance claim and body shop repairs. I am requesting reimbursement for the service and compensation for the repair costs associated with the damage sustained during this visit.

Customers should inspect their vehicles immediately after service.
