my dog didn like the food , canceled andthey still send this month. now im stuck with this food . if you ever want to cancel make sure you call custumer service .
I had to put my beloved dog Jezebel to sleep, I had ordered my shipment of Ollie already and could not cancel. I sent Ollie an email to cancel the subscription and received the most caring and compassionate reply ever... they sent sweet and loving condolences and refunded the charge for my shipment. I was told to donate the food to a dog in need or give it to a pup in Jezebel's memory.
I’m very happy with Ollie. I switched over from the Farmer’s Dog food , because they don’t have a lamb recipe and my Labrador was itchy from the meals they had.
My dogs love their food! I appreciate how easy it is to use the app to make changes or add special treats whenever. Customer service is top notch!
I love OLLIE food, I have two dogs that enjoy the lamb fresh food. It arrives freshly frozen, you can see the content, not overly cooked. I love the quality. I use it as a base and add chicken /brocoli/rice to it. I’ve been a customer for four years 🩷

There are two companies who I have found to have outstanding customer service, Chewy and Ollie. Issues are handled immediately with professionalism, curiosity, and an attitude of 'the customer is always right.' After almost 3 years with no luck, I finally found a food my dog adores. I'm an Ollie customer for life!

I have always found Ollie's customer service (CS) folks easy to deal with. I haven't had many problems, and almost all were minor issues. No matter the problem, your CS reps are always professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I can't say enough about them, it's one of the reasons I stay with Ollie products. Oh yeah, the other big reason I stay with Ollie is the food, it's wonderful, and my 11-year-old boy LOVES it. Best of all, he is healthy, happy, and consistently has great & healthy visits with the veterinarian. Thank you Ollie!

My dog and I loved Ollie. My problem is with their billing. I was charged twice. When I called to be sure I was getting only one order, they claimed they did not make the charges. After a lot of back and forth, never took responsibility for their billing issue. The food is expensive and a double bill for three days really hurts a budget. Planning to switch to Chewy, once I am certain no deliveries are coming from Ollie, since they have awesome customer service.
