The misty glass team from first enquiry to completing a job are faultless. They are quick to respond to a query, arranging a time to assess for quotes and completing work. Starting with a simple phone call, the entire process of getting our glass replaced was a breeze. The standout aspect, however, was the exceptional service we experienced. The team displayed remarkable professionalism. Everyone we interacted with was efficient, polite, and trustworthy. A special thank you to Anthony for expertly measuring and installing the new glass. I'd been delaying fixing my window, assuming it would be a hassle to find the right company. Thankfully, I picked Misty Glass and will be recommending them to all my friends.

Filled in the online quotation request and got a favorable quote the very same day. Antony visited and took accurate measurements. Once the units were under manufacture dates and times were agreed. On the agreed day Antony arrived on time and the replacement units were swiftly fitted.

From making the phone call to having the glass replaced was so easy. But more importantly than that was the service we received. Absolute professionals. The employees are efficient, courteous and reliable. Many thanks to Anthony who did a superb job from measuring up and fitting the new glass. I've been looking for a while to get my window sorted but kept putting it off as I thought it would be hard work trying to find someone etc.
So glad I chose Misty Glass and I will recommend them to everyone.
