Our existing ariel was about to fall…
Our existing ariel was about to fall off. It was more difficult to reach due to how close the house next door is and it was right at the top of the apex attached to soffits. Nigel replaced with a new ariel onto the brickwork with bird spikes. Highly recomend.

Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive service - fixed connection problems
Very quick response to an online query - clear explanation of pricing (which was very reasonable). Good communication on the day of appointment and throughout the assessment. We moved into a house with cinema equipment and couldn’t connect Sky. Nigel spent time troubleshooting and sorted the issue. Excellent service, would highly recommend - thank you!

Had poor tv signal which was cured with new aerial. Easy to arrange visit and then good advice and good installation. Issue solved. Would recommend.

Excellent, just what I wanted
As other's have said, got a phone call about 30 minutes before Nigel was due to arrive.
It was a simple job that I could have done before I had a stroke! Nevertheless Nigel did what was required, and did it quickly. Perhaps a bit too quickly he raced round like a 'bull in a china shop' but perhaps that's just me.

Nigel was really helpful
Nigel was really helpful in diagnosing our issue and providing a solution within a few days. He let me know 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and was both timely and efficient leaving no mess. I would definitely recommend him.

No signal!
On phoning Nigel he arranged a next morning appointment as I had no TV signal following storms. He sorted out the issue immediately with a new Amplifier as the existing one had blown. A friendly, efficient and reliable service and I would definitely recommend and use NK Digital Installations again.

From finding this company to completion of the job we have found them to be excellent.
We arranged a visit and quote quickly and had the work completed within the week.
The quote gave us several options from which to choose to meet our needs.Even though we got the job finished quickly we felt no pressure to decide or accept a specific option.
The work was completed with no fuss with any mess cleared away.
We would definitely use this company again or recommend to friends.
