QUALITY WORK ALL THE WAY
I am more than pleased with your quality of work. Actually, extremely pleased. The only complaint I have is with myself for not picking up on a few typos.
The colour reproduction of the many photos that were contained in my book was outstanding. I looked very hard but was unable to find anything to fault the company. Great job guys (and gals).

My order was processed fast and shipping was quick. One set of prints were too dark which was my picture I guess but I think it would be nice if editing would catch it and give you the choice of cancel or retaking photos

I felt it was difficult to assess what type of paper would be needed. Having a feature to visualize the type of paper would be a good addition. Great quality for the book overall.

I prepared the files for printing and the books were delivered to the company who hired me. I checked with them, of course, and they said the quality was excellent. I have also been part of another project that used Mixam for book-printing, with the same excellent results. It took me awhile to figure out how to navigate the process, but once I did it was easy. The most important aspect to me is quality of printing -- paper, inks and binding, and the result has been very good.

Great online platform for ordering, excellent communication, and a high quality product. All in all, this was a fantastic experience. Thank you for the great work you are doing!

Quality of final book is beautiful. We compiled several pdfs created over 25 years by family members into a single pdf with graphics, photos and text. At letter size paper, 224 pages, 100lb paper it is big but still a
comfortable weight to handle. Our back cover photo as submitted needed a tweak and Mixam communicated options and offered a perfect fix.

We placed a small order of just 5 Book and the Print Product along with the Finish of the Book is excellent

Product was good but turnaround time changed from the initial estimate by two weeks. Not a big issue but its always nice if the estimate shipping date is accurate within a couple of days.

Even though I received the package before my personal deadline, I was told it would be delayed over a week which would render my project purpose moot. In the end end they did send it to me before my presentation but this has left me questioning their honoring a timeline if I would pursue bigger projects.

The books were better than expected!

I loved the ease of uploading images and the colour reproductions are fantastic! Also, the turn around time is really fab. I am very impressed with Mixam and plan to use you for all my zines.

The process was easy, and the final product was good. It may have been me, but I did not see a lot of options for the book cover. As I was making a family heirloom, I would have appreciated a few premium options.

I ordered a custom size hard cover children’s book for my grad thesis project. Initially it said it would arrive on April 13th but instead it arrived nearly a week early. The quality of the job exceeded expectations. The glossy hard cover looks professional. The printers also did an excellent job respecting my exact trim size. As a designer I would recommend Mixam.
