Hi Allison, Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you loved the paper quality and the feel of the soft-touch lamination. That’s always wonderful to hear.
That said, we don't seem to have been advised yet about your concerns with the postcards, as that would have allowed us to review the files and production details right away to see what may have happened.
Soft touch lamination does have a subtle texture to it, and in some cases, very thin or pale text can appear slightly softer or less sharp once laminated. It’s possible that this may have contributed to the effect you’re seeing, but we’d really like the opportunity to take a closer look and confirm.
When you have a moment, please follow the instructions in the review invitation email linked to this review and log the issue through your account. Once it’s submitted, our team can properly investigate and do our best to help.

Hi James, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the pages in your publication were out of order.
When placing an order with us, there are three opportunities to review your pages before confirming them to be printed. First, all of the pages are visible in the artwork upload screen. Second, we provide a digital proof for review. Third, there is the flipbook Preview, which you’re asked to confirm you’ve checked before approving the order for print.
We’re sorry if that process didn’t feel clear enough in this case. While the files are printed exactly as they’re supplied and approved, we still wanted to support you, which is why we offered a goodwill discount as a gesture to help. We are sorry to hear that this hasn’t fully resolved how you’re feeling about the situation.
For any future projects, we would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the flip book preview and page order before confirming the order, just to ensure everything appears exactly as intended. That final check is the best safeguard against page sequencing issues.

Just to clarify that the order connected to this review was shipped within a week of the original estimated ship date.Your previous order was impacted during our December peak period, but we’ve worked hard to ensure everything is fully caught up and running smoothly.
We’re pleased we were able to correct the initial printing issue and send a replacement. With bespoke, custom made products, occasional issues can happen, but our priority is always to put things right and ensure you’re happy with the final result.

For future projects, we’d recommend using a design program such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar software that allows you to set up bleed and trim sizes more easily.

We can see that a slight spine movement was reported and that you advised this was for a PhD dissertation. After investigating your concerns, our team confirmed that the spine alignment appears to fall within standard manufacturing tolerances. That said, we completely understand that when you’re printing something as important as a dissertation or a gift, you’re hoping for everything to look just right.
Regarding the timing, we’re also sorry that there were temporary delays which impacted your plans. All delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates, and while we always aim to meet or beat them, unforeseen production or courier delays can occasionally occur. If you’re ever working toward a specific deadline, we strongly encourage letting us know in advance so we can advise on the safest timeline.

We were a little surprised to see your comment regarding the delivery date, as the order linked to this review actually shipped a day earlier than estimated and was delivered on Friday, February 6th, instead of the originally stated delivery date of Monday, February 9th.
That said, if there’s something specific about the delivery timing that didn’t work for you, we’d genuinely appreciate a bit more detail so we can better understand what happened from your perspective.

Hello Brent, Thank you for your message, and for your kind words about the quality of the book , we’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the finished result.
To clarify the timeline , the estimated ship date for your order was December 10th. As this is an estimated date, and December is our busiest period of the year, production timelines can occasionally shift slightly. Your order was completed and dispatched via Next Day service on December 12th.
Based on the tracking information provided, the delay occurred while the parcel was in transit with the courier. Unfortunately, once an order has been handed over, we don’t have control over courier operations or unexpected shipping delays. This is one of the reasons we’re only able to provide estimated delivery dates rather than guaranteed ones.
