Bought their product through ebay. Delivery to the wrong address & I can't retrieve them. Very happy to take my money but refused to take responsibility when it went wrong. Refused any help or offer a refund.
Probably best to avoid spending money here if you expect to receive what you paid for.

Update: they advertise the product that does not exist intentionally to only send what they have instead.

Changed the review from a 1 to a 3 as they have resolved my issues i had with the subscription where I cancelled it twic and both times it hadn't worked and I was Sent and charged for unwanted products. After going through the online chat they refunded me and canceled my order

items returned to sender as royal mail couldn't identify the address. Which is weird because I got zinc but the other 6 items were returned. Tried to contact on chat and email but didn't get a reply. Which is sad because I've ordered a few times and love the items they sell. Confused how 6 items were returned to sender but the zinc I ordered was delivered.

received an email back and they offered a full refund or to resend the vitamins. I choose to take the vitamins as it was royal mails fault they weren't delivered. Both packages had identical address on them which mother nature confirmed. Strange that royal mail returned one package and give me the other.

They have the best vitamins online though and nothing added so you only get the ingredients you want. They have good customer service and they don't put other companies down and they don't use fake reviews. They simply sell great vitamins and minerals and let the customers choose if they want to leave a review or buy again. No spam emails 3 or 4 times a day begging for reviews or trying to sell their items. made a purchase and got an email to say thanks for being a loyal customer and sticking with us. That was it. A thanks and not trying to ask me to buy more. That actually makes me want to stick with mother nature supplements and keep buying more. They really are excellent vitamins

I signed up for a subscription that says it can be cancelled or paused at any time and when I went to pause it I'm told I can't until I've had 3 subscriptions. I wouldn't have bought a subscription if I'd known this. Emailed the company and no reply. Called the company twice and no reply. Left a comment here and got a barrage of abuse which has now been deleted by them and my comment edited so I'm updating this so it reflects the interaction I had with them as that's what trust pilot is for.
All in all my experience with Mother Natures Supplements was terrible. Their supplements might work fine I don't know as ai bought them for family members but their customer service was terrible and being told I am a liar because I left a bad review even though I have proof I called them was disgusting tbh. I worked in retail for 20 years and never encountered anything like this.
