Super fijne service!

Naar volle tevredenheid gebruik ik nu zo’n 2 jaar de Moai Touring 12,6” Ultralight Limited Edition. Al aardig wat tochtjes mee gemaakt en werd geleverd in een mooie draaghoes die je als rugtas kan dragen of kan rollen als een koffer. Helaas brak een van de draagbanden eergister bij de naad. Na een mail met Moai werd er binnen 1 dag al een nieuwe tas toegestuurd. Mijn complimenten voor deze topservice van Lisette van Moai. Voor mij een reden om een positieve review te plaatsen. En ga weer volop genieten van deze prachtige sup😎.

I can’t get satisfaction from Moai customer service

I bought a bag and something. It’s ok. BUT I bought also a Tangaloa1 kayak. No instructions. No reply to my request via web. On Moai web site no pdf, no link to video tutorial. Nothing. Not a thing. At last I founded a Moai instruction pdf on an eshop (France). The instructions are lacking basic information. It’s for who knows what to do. Non for a beginner like me.

Test und Lieferung

Super schnelle Lieferung nach Deutschland! Montag bestellt Mittwoch das erste mal aufgeblasen.
Dann gleich mit nach Ungarn an den Balaton und intensiv getestet.
Liegt gut im Wasser und fährt sich sehr gut. Man bekommt schnell eine ordentliche Geschwindigkeit drauf und das Kajak lässt sich gut steuern.
Für ein aufblasbares Kajak auch relativ küppstabiel. Kiellinie und anschlagspunkte top.
Der mitgelieferte Sitz is nicht wirklich komfortabel was aber auch nicht schlimm ist. Da wäre eine Option im Bestellvorgang den besseren gegen Aufpreis wählen zu können ganz nice.
Pumpe macht genau das was sie soll und funktioniert wunderbar.
Jetzt noch ein Verdeck dabei oder Ankerpunkte und ein eigenes zu spannen, dann wär es perfekt.
Alles in allem, für den Preis einfach top.
Nächste Tour geht’s über mein Heimatfluss, die schöne Lahn. Und danach auf die Ostsee.

Kayak ist super!
einziges Manco ist die Schwierigkeit das 1-er Kayak alleine ans Wasser und aus dem Wasser zu tragen, da Griffe nur an den Enden vorhanden sind.
