Ordered a phone case from them a month ago with expedited shipping which was $10 on top of the $10 order. Had an order number, but no tracking number was ever given to me. Sent an email out a week or two later and didn’t hear back from them until this month last week. They apologized, told me it was out of stock, then proceeded to tell me to BUY IT AGAIN?? AND GAVE ME A DISCOUNT COUPON?? Like be fr Im not buying an item AGAIN that I never received in the first place!! This place is a major SCAM! Do not buy from them!

Avoid like the plague.
They don’t respond to any communication. Emails, phone, carrier pigeon, nothing.
I’ve filed a complaint with the better business bureau since they need to be shit down.

My husband's Reiko Horizontal Leather Pouch that he has had for years broke. I went online & within days had a replacement that is better that the other one. I am so happy!

very bad service, worse customer service, they do not answer the phone, an order was made on April 27, it is not until today that they send it, no matter that the cancellation was requested on multiple occasions, they gave me a credit for $ 10.00 for me to claim them since the package is supposed to arrive in 3 days according to the shipping payment, do not buy from these people, they are not efficient

I've ordered products from Mobileigo a few times- iPhone cases, charging cables, chargers, more. They have a wide selection of products to choose from and the site is easy to use.
I ordered some Christmas gifts which was great since there's a large range of pricing and you can find stocking-stuffer items in addition to larger gifts. My son loves the cool light-up speakers we gave him.
My orders were processed quickly and the overall experiences have been really good.

I've ordered a few things for my cell phone and tablet a couple times from mobileigo.com. The product selection seems pretty good, and the prices on some items are great and some items are just okay. Of course most online stores are like this too. I ordered a charging cable, a Reiko phone case for my iPhone and a portable charger power bank. They shipped the items very quickly, and they all arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I received a tracking number as soon as the items were on the way as well. Overall I'm super happy with what I got and the service I was given. I would definitely recommend mobileigo.com for anyone looking for a good online shopping experience for phone accessories or other mobile accessories or device.
