Guy who collected scooters said the bar underneath was bent and needed replacement. He didn't even know what the part was called until I told him and that there was nothing wrong with it. (I was correct). Both my scooters were collected for service. One was returned with the steering loosened so much it is hard to control and the other, which had perfectly good arm rests, now has one arm sticking way up in the air and cannot be put down. I am going to have to repair BOTH scooters myself, having paid £283 for the benefit of having them returned WORSE than they were before. The price for two new tyres was disgusting £100 and twice the price they are available online. Miraculously when I said how expensive they were and where on earth were they sourcing them from? The guy reduced their price by £5 each, still leaving the price £20 more EACH, than I could have bought them for. Not happy with them at all and will not recommend them, or use them again.

This is a UK based website that provides scooters, wheelchairs, rise and recline chairs and lots of other bits. Their pricing is really good and it's nice not to be buying from Amazon. Fast delivery and the engineer that came and set up my chair was very friendly and helpful. This is my second order with them and i'm very happy with it.

I ordered a part for scooter well over a month ago. I have not received the part. I have no phone # for the company, just e-mail address. When I contact them it takes 2 or 3 days to respond. There is no tracking # and no information as to whether it has even shipped. When answering my e-mail they gave me a date that I would receive it. It is now past that date. Last e-mail hasn't been answered.

So much for their price guarantee. Ordered, found much cheaper on Amazon, refused to match cost or cancel order. Motto of story? Double check their guaranteed lowest prices on the likes of Amazon, etc. before paying them.

I am very happy with the wheelchair I ordered. It has arrived quickly and was a great price. I wish I could give 5 stars but unfortunately I had no communication after the initial order confirmation. After receiving no update I called the number on the website which goes through to a physical shop that has little to do with this site though the person I spoke to was able to give me a delivery date which partially helped my anxiety. Again, the product was great and delivery was only 5 working days so it was mostly a positive experience.
