Complete Stairlift services, including installation, removal & servicing. We are extremely proud to be able to offer same-day installation should you require it. Meaning as soon as you are ready, so are we. We carry the parts including the bends we need for almost every stair configuration and build your stairlift bespoke to your Staircase. After talking with your dedicated agent to answer any questions and talk through the process we will conduct a home visit to suit you, with our Mobility First Expert Installer. We encourage you to invite anyone you would like to be a part of the decision, such as family members or friends. If you decide to go ahead that day, we’ll be able to install your lift that very same day. We will never apply any pressure, we appreciate it is a big decision and none of our conversations or visits carry any obligation, this is our guarantee to you.

Friendly professional service
Friendly professional service. Needed a stair lift repair and they came after a full days work just to help us not go over night without the lift. Definitely went above and beyond and was very kind to my relative with dementia as well as to me.

Fabulous customer service from the initial phone call to the actual fitting only a few days later. We couldn't have dreamt it would be so easy. The price was a nice surprise as well.

Stairlift survey and installation
I am 100% happy with the service I have received. Nick Callaghan was very helpful with the initial survey and it didn’t feel like a pushy sales call. Less than a week later Tom Walker came to do the installation and he was very professional, arrived on time a tidy worker. Tom was very friendly and explained how it worked and made sure I understood before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who was looking for a stairlift! Great job all round.

From start to finish they were absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much to Ricky in sales and Kate, who supported to get a next day turn around for my grandmother as her old stairlift had completely broken and she’s lost without it!

Amazing Mike!
I spoke to Mike and explained our stairlift had broken down. He spent a long time on the phone talking me through different options. He said he would come out the next day to sort the problem. He did, and nothing was too much trouble! I cannot fault the superb service!

I highly recommend Mobility 1st for their great service with no pushy salesman. From the quotation and survey by Mike who explained the differences in products and gave excellent advise to the fitting by Damien who did a very clean installation. Tom was very efficient fitting the stairlift. Stairlift is great and means we can access upstairs without problems. Stairlift was demonstrated to make sure we were happy using it. Good company and friendly service

I cannot praise this company enough as…
I cannot praise this company enough as it has been so professional from start to finish. The initial phone call enabled a next day visit by Mike who discussed everything with us and measured up…. no hard sell just polite and honest. Tom came to fit the stairlift and he was a lovely chap…. nothing was too much trouble and he helped guide my Mother at 93 through everything.
A huge thanks to Kate in the office for arranging payment methods too.
A pleasure doing business with you guys!

I would highly recommend this company. The professional approach from initial enquiry to dismantling and collecting when the stair lift was no longer needed was second to none. This company made sure that they listened to my requirements and installed a stair lift that was exactly what was needed. The care and attention to detail was excellent, as was any cominication.
