Mockapital is an emerging prop trading firm. It's customer support is very active. It's platform is user-friendly. Especially there rules are transparent and challenge fees are affordable.

so far so good. Mockapital is suggested by my mentor Syed Faraz, as i was doing trading on other firms. Yes it is bit different from others in away that it allows and give options of news trading, holding trades over night /weekends, swap free accounts and many more. Still not able to get any payouts which will be coming soon, then will update my review abt their payment policy

I purchased a trading challenge from Mockapital and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing compared to other prop firms I work with.

Unjustified Account Closure – My account was breached and closed without clear proof or proper justification. Even after providing evidence that no rules were broken, my appeal was ignored.

Unprofessional Customer Service – If you ask for clarification or challenge a decision, the chat is abruptly closed, and further communication is avoided.

Lack of Transparency – There is no clear evidence provided for alleged breaches, and no proper appeals process.

Trading Restrictions – Mockapital prohibits news trading, which is allowed by many other reputable prop firms, making it less flexible for active traders.

Review Incentives – They offer discounts in exchange for positive Trustpilot reviews, which raises concerns about the authenticity of their ratings.

Summary: In my opinion, Mockapital lacks the transparency, professionalism, and fairness expected from a serious prop firm. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to other traders.

WORST EXPERIENCE... I purchased the $25K challenge from Mockapital and had the worst experience compared to the 3 other prop firms I trade with. Mockapital looks for lame excuses to breach your account and shut it down without proper justification. Even when you provide proof that no rules were broken, they ignore it and abruptly close your account. The customer service is highly unprofessional — if you question them or ask for clarification, they simply close the chat and stop responding. No transparency, no accountability. I strongly advise traders to stay away from Mockapital. Completely unreliable and disappointing experience.
