Total Scam! First company is not a UK London based company it’s based in China. Item looks nothing like the photo and the sleeves are like 3/4 length and should be full length!!!
To return I need to pay for a courier?! Since when should the customer pay for a return…illegal probably.
Shocking - please don’t buy from this website!!!!
The customer service email they have on website to contact to arrange a return bounced bag as not real!

Would give zero if I could. The picture looks nothing like what I received. Very poor quality. I won’t be buying again. Would send back but not paying the shipping costs back to china

Absolute scam. Different from picture, colour even hard to describe, quality so bad, don't even try on, afraid it will rip to peaces. Refund to send to China 28£, so save your money and time. And price..🙄 75£original price knocked down to 37 or something, seriously???

I ordered a matching trousers and shirt for my holiday ,looked lovely in the photo really nice colors arrived today and my god what a disgrace cheap rubbish £52 wasted have contacted them to return but going by the reviews that will be a waste of time .
I also thought it was based in London, not China!!!! SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Firstly they are masking as a London company, which they are not. They are based in China. I ordered Adidas shirts as it was a great offer!!!!!! - I should have known better. They took forever to arrive. By the time they did I was already prepared for the worst, and they didn't disappoint. Absolute junk, would use them as dusters but to be honest I don't really want to see them ever again, so straight into the bin. I'm not risking another £30 to return to China. I'm just taking the hit now - lesson learned

First they are masking as a London company, which they are not, it’s based in china. The items took forever to arrive. When they did they were the wrong sizes, all the same dress in different colours, and no single one was cut the same! I requested a return as ordered for choice in size ( which were wrong and they didn’t fit properly….they asked for photos which I sent, and refused my returns based on what I do not know. DO NOT shop with this company. And beware I’ve also seen some of their items being advertised through other clothing companies…

wish i had read the reviews before ordering. The word London in the name is deceiving good comes from China. I ordered a pair of sandals said it was leather i have never seen leather that looks like that such poor quality. It took more than 3 weeks to arrive. i ordered a size 38 it was so big looked like British a size 40. The return process is a nightmare you have to pay to send this package back to China!!!! . Please dont get scammed by this company

This review is for "Moda-London" and not the original Moda London. Please don't waste your time or money sending your goods back to this company based in China. PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have just contacted Barclays bank about this scam, they have told me "Moda-London" have set up a continuous payment / subscription on my card and not a one off payment! Barclays have put a block on my card so this company are unable to access my account.

Avoid this company. I received the top I ordered. Absolute rubbish. Far too small and the quality is appalling. Returning is a nightmare. It's just a big scam!

Very misleading as at a glance it feels like a UK company but is clearly just a factory in china making clothes of temu standard yet charging higher end prices.
Quality of the 2 cardigans I have ordered are awful and took 3 weeks to arrive.
I'm attempting to get a refund but it states shipping is at my own cost yet I feel this is wrong as the quality advised is very misleading.

The brand is Moda-London but items not from sent from London. Item arrived after three weeks and the quality is so bad and nothing looks like the one on the website. Cost £13 to return the item to China which was a joke. DO NOT BUY unless you are willing to keep them no matter what the quality is. Very disappointed experience.

my daughter in law ordered me the Dona 2 piece in blue it was supposed to be floaty chiffon what I got was far from chiffon it was very cheap tat,it was for my daughters wedding my husband was flabbergasted and said noway are you wearing that for our girls wedding day. I never read the reviews first silly me, Do Not Order from this wedsite the products are a total waste of money and to return them it will cost nearly the same price.MY purchase is going to the charity shop and hope someone will buy it.BEWARE OF MODA LONDON. PLEASE.

This company is a scam.If I could leave a zero rating I would.I believed they were a London company as they state they are.I ordered a pair of sandals which looked lovely.They have taken nearly £30 from me and I expect it will cost me £30 to return them.These Chinese companies need closing down.The shies we’re much bigger than a 5 and I want my money back.Dont be fooled as I was MODA-LONDON .Big red. flag!!

Both items arrived, but absolutely nothing like what I ordered.. the bag isn't real leather and the boots 3 sizes too small, there error to which it's going to cost me to return the items!!! Which in itself is made very differcult!!

Clothing was really poor quality and nothing like the picture. Then you have to return to China with no hopes of getting a full refund. Please do not order from this site.

I bought expensive converse shoes and when I got my delivery I was surprised even before opening the parcel weighed less than 200grams I thought it was empty only to see a pair of converse , the cheapest quality that I have ever seen in my life. This is a scam. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell online. Thieves

Took over 3 weeks to arrive listed item as suede it was plastic appalling quality & none of the return forms work & you have to pay for shipping back to china - suspect refund would never arrive -avoid at all costs !!

Wrongly assumed with ‘London’ in the we name that the item was from UK. Took ages to arrive and the dress was completely different to the picture online, cheap, nasty and disgusting! Offered a 20% refund!! Told I could give the item to someone else! Nobody in their right mind is going to want to wear something so tacky.
Wishing I’d read the reviews.

Terrible service. The order took ages to arrive. I did not like the shoes. I tried to return them but when I click on the link for return the form does not work. I will never order from this company again.
