ModaHow, What a wonderful and exciting experience to have such a talented, knowledgeable tutor such a Mme Vibet guide you thought the amazing methods used at the House of Dior. This has been a dream come true, after a life long career in design in the Active Sportswear industry, it is luxury to take the time to be thorough and thoughtful and to not rush, to learn skills and tips that only a master can share. I feel confident now that I can move forward at a slower pace to create a truly memorable garment. I would highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to raise the bar higher for themselves and others to the world of Slow Fashion.

I took the Fitted Dress with flounce and train course. This course introduced me to the French draping technique and the beautiful knowledge and artistry shared by professor Vibet were excellent.
Taking this course helped me deepen my knowledge and thoughts on the process and techniques of creating a well fitted balanced garment.
The lessons are well constructed, and the explanations were very clear making it easy to follow. Professor Vibet welcomes any questions through out the whole course and I really appreciated the compassionate response and knowledgeable precise answers she gave me. Having the opportunity to learn from such a person as professor Vibet is priceless, and it’s just like a dream come true to be able to learn from her whilst living in Japan.
Also, Anna who leads the modahow team is the most positive and nicest person there could be. She is so supportive and encouraging, and makes the whole experience extra beautiful.
I would definitely recommend this course to friends.

I have taken three master classes so far and I’m currently doing my fourth class which is the fitted jacket. I learned the basics of draping from these classes. The classes helped me be able to develop patterns through draping. Everything was explained well and whenever I had questions they were answered in a clear way. I would recommend the class to a friend I have been taking these classes for three years now and I have really learned a lot. Because it’s online the schedule is flexible

I completed the Draping Haute Couture: Fitted Dress with Flounce, Drape and Train.

This course helped me discover techniques used in Haute Couture, while inspiring me to continue my work as a designer. The course helped me improve my eye for draping, teaching me what to look for and how to create a balanced garment.

I found it easy and enjoyable to learn with the course set-up. The lessons are clear and concise and Mme. Vibet describes each step precisely, making it easy to follow her process. Any questions I had during the course were always answered quickly and in detail.

I am so happy that I found this course and would definitely recommend the class to a friend.

J'aime très bien la classe avec Mme Vibet! J'avais toujours adoré la mode et la classe m'apporte du bonheur. J'attends chaque module avec impatience et j'ai appris plus de vocabulaire de la mode. Il m'aide à aussi d'entendre Madame parle en français. J'ai trouvé le rythme de la classe très agréable et les explications sont claires. Je recommanderais ce programme aux gens.

I became really interested in the master classes because I could do them at my own pace, from the comfort of my home. They are easy to follow. The professor is always ready to answer any questions that I have. These classes helped me to develop the skill and confidence to create beautiful clothing. I highly recommend this draping course.

When I came to this course, I had already known the American technique of draping. Areli helped me lo learn about the French technique. It was quite useful for me. I would recommend this course to all experienced dress designers ♥️

I have followed Masterclass courses Fitted dress with train, drape, and flounce and Dress with boned bustier top and circle skirt. I’m currently studying Skirts with professor Vibet. I especially like that I can view the course on my time and rewatch segments that caused me some difficulties. I feel very fortunate to have feedback come directly from the instructor and that she takes the time to answer my questions or concerns. Professor Vibet is generous with her knowledge throughout the courses and will share construction tips and techniques along the way. Knowing she worked in the Dior atelier for 10 years, makes this an invaluable advantage you can’t get anywhere else!

The program has helped me gain confidence in trying new designs, taking the fundamentals from these courses and working them into my current projects. I’ve gained added knowledge in cutting plans, blocking the toile, accuracy in details so it’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye, balancing the drape, and the precision required to take the toile back to a paper pattern for reproduction and possible grading.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to further their skills in garment making.

This course helps me to build up my skills and instrest in raping techniques for fashion design. The teacher Aurelie was so professional and very responsive to answered my enquires during the course. Its a very rare opportunity for people to learn the fundamental skills behind the couture draping.It has helped me a lot for my school project and beyond. I really recommend to people who want to learn the professional couture raping.

It was great learning both Masterclasses from Modahow. Every step has being explained in detailed by instructor Aurélie. She brings together her 10 years of experience working at Dior. Her feedback after every lesson makes student to do their project in a correct way.
