İletişim yavaş ve belirsiz ilerliyor, ayrıca iadenin ne zaman yapılacağına dair net bir süre de verilmiyor. Bu durum büyük bir hayal kırıklığı ve güven kaybı yaratıyor.
Umarım bu sorun en kısa sürede düzgün bir şekilde çözülür, çünkü bu gerçekten hiç hoş bir deneyim değil.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I placed an order and decided to return the items within the 15-day return period as stated clearly on their website. However, once I asked for a return, I was shocked by how they handled it.
They told me that I would receive only 165€ out of 220.75€, because they would deduct shipping and customs fees, even though this was not explained clearly before purchasing. On top of that, I also have to pay the return shipping myself from Denmark to Turkey, which is extremely expensive.
I have ordered from other Turkish websites before, like larger well-known platforms, and I never had any problem returning items. Everything was transparent and fair.
But this company made the whole process complicated and unfair, and it honestly made me regret trying them at all.
I am sharing my experience so other customers know what to expect.
I definitely do not recommend ordering from this company unless you are willing to lose a big part of your money if you need to return anything.

Bin auch leider reingefallen habe nicht vorher die Bewertung gelesen habe 3 Kleider bestellt sind auch schnell angekommen 2 davon waren zu klein habe alle gleiche Größe bestellt habe reklamiert die Antwort war sie würden mir ein 10€ Gutschein geben weil dire Rücksendung und Zollgebühren zu hoch wären und das alles zu lange dauern würde also Bitte nicht bestellen die Qualität ist auch nicht wie das auf den Photos sieht nicht gut nein nein nicht gut

Jegliche Kosten werden erfunden, damit man das eigene Geld nicht zurückbekommt !!
Ich habe 3 Kleider bestellt. Alle drei das gleiche Modell, unterschiedliche Farben und gleiche Größe. Das eine Artikel war um einiges größer als die anderen zwei, obwohl es angeblich die gleiche Größe ist.
Bevor ich bestellt habe, habe ich nach dem Rückversand geschaut, da ich im Ausland lebe. Anfangs stand auf der Seite zum Rückversand vom Ausland genauso kostenfrei, wie im Innland und das keine Probleme zubereitet werde (der angebliche Button funktioniert nicht. Ist nur als Deko da). Deshalb habe ich die Bestellung aufgegeben, sonst hätte ich es nicht gemacht. (Ein Punkt nach dem ich ausnahmslos immer nachschaue!)
Wer hätte es geahnt. Nach der Kontaktaufnahme hieß es plötzlich dass sie es nicht zurücknehmen werden, wenn es kein Grund ist, der ihnen quasi passt und wollten im Verlaufe des hin und her Schreibens dann Fotos. Habe die Kleider aufeinander gelegt und die Größendifferenz anschaulich in den Fotos gesendet.
Trotzdessen, dass es deren Fehler war mir eine falsche Größe zu senden, hieß es, wenn dann müsse ich den Rückversand zahlen. Da ich von Anfang an mit der ersten Mail schon gesehen habe dass diese Menschen sehr unprofessionell sind und das nun einfach erledigt haben wollte, habe ich die Ware zurückgesendet und die Kosten dafür SELBER gezahlt.
Wochen sind vergangen, keine Rückmeldung, keine Rückzahlung. Deshalb nochmal eine Mail, mein Geld ist immer noch nicht da. Sie werden angeblich nachschauen. Wieder Wochen vergangen, nichts in Sicht. Das lief mehrere Wochen lang so (ich hatte im Juli zurück gesendet).
Monate später wurde mir vom Gesamtbetrag weniger als die Hälfte zurücküberwiesen. UNGLAUBLICHE BETRÜGER !!
Nochmal eine Mail von mir, und sie werden wieder "nachschauen" und plötzlich (wir haben schon Mitte Oktober) hieß es dass sie vom Betrag die Versand- und Zollkosten abgezogen haben.
Ok und wenn habt ihr gefragt was ihr mit meinem Geld machen dürft ?!!!
Die Versandkosten habe ich gezahlt und was für Kosten ihr innerhalb der Firma habt, geht niemand etwas an.
Ich habe die Ware von einer deutschen Adresse erhalten und zu der deutschen Adresse auch zurück gesendet, welche Zollkosten bitte ?? Hat nichts mit mir zu tun!! Und diese im Nachhinein erfundenen Infos waren auf der Seite nirgends eingetragen.
Es werden ständig neue Dinge erfunden und die Infos auf der Seite dementsprechend auch geändert damit man die Menschen betrügen kann !!
LASSEN SIE SICH NICHT REINLEGEN. ERLEBT NICHT EINEN UNNÖTIGEN STRESS UND HIN UND HER GESCHREIBE WIE ICH. SIE WERDEN IHNEN IHREN EIGENEN GELD NICHT ZURÜCK GEBEN. SPAREN SIE SICH DIE ZEIT UND KRAFT UND KAUFEN SIE AUF EINER VERTRAUENSWÜRDIGE SEITE EIN. ES LOHNT SICH NICHT.

Aucun suivi quand on commande, j’attends une semaine et je me rends compte que mon colis n’est toujours pas arrivé. J’envoie un mail et je demande où ça en est et on me répond qu’un produit commandé n’est plus en stock donc que le colis n’a pas été envoyé et on me propose de remplacer par un autre ou de rembourser.
Génial, il a fallu que je vienne courir derrière ma commande pour qu’on m’annonce qu’elle n’est toujours pas expédiée et du coup c’est trop tard pour la recevoir avant mon événement !!

My experience with Modaselvim has been very disappointing, and I feel it is my duty to share what happened to me so others don’t face the same situation.
Order 1: I placed it on June 25 for €54.35. After the delivery failed, they refunded me only €35, deducting customs and tax fees. I wrote a negative review on their site, and they promised to refund the remaining amount if I changed the review. However, until now — after a long time — I have not received any additional refund.
Order 2: I placed it on July 19 for €52.70, and today is August 19 — a full month later — and the order has not arrived. They informed me that the courier returned the package because they “could not reach me” or because “I was not home,” which is completely untrue. I received no calls or notifications, and it’s impossible for this to happen twice in a row, especially since I live with nine other people in the same house. Worse, the package was returned, but so far, I have not received any refund, meaning I am now left without the product and without my money.
In both cases, they blamed me instead of holding the courier company accountable for their failure, even though the problem is clearly with the courier they use. Also, I have not deleted my first review. I feel this is exploitation, and perhaps other customers have experienced the same but remained silent. I am not after the money as much as I refuse to accept this injustice, especially since other companies refund the full amount if delivery fails. But instead of taking responsibility, Modaselvim leaves the customer to bear the loss.
Summary of my experience: I have previously dealt with companies like SHEIN, Temu, and Modanisa, and when delivery fails, those companies take full responsibility and refund the full amount. But with Modaselvim, they deduct amounts and let the customer bear the loss.
This will be my last time dealing with Modaselvim, and I strongly advise anyone to think carefully before buying from them, as they do not protect customer rights nor take responsibility for delivery failures.

الطلب الأول: طلبته بتاريخ 25 يونيو بمبلغ 54.35 يورو. بعد فشل التوصيل، أعادوا لي فقط 35 يورو، وخصموا رسوم الضرائب والجمارك. كتبت تعليقًا سلبيًا على الموقع، ووعدوني بإعادة المبلغ المتبقي إذا قمت بتعديل التعليق، لكن حتى الآن — وبعد مرور وقت طويل — لم أستلم أي مبلغ إضافي.

في المرتين، ألقوا اللوم عليّ بدلًا من محاسبة شركة التوصيل على تقصيرها، رغم أن المشكلة واضحة في الجهة التي يتعاملون معها. علمًا أنني لم أحذف تعليقي الأول. أشعر أن هذا استغلال، وربما هناك عملاء مروا بنفس الموقف لكنهم سكتوا عن حقهم. أنا لا أبحث عن المال بقدر ما أرفض الظلم، خاصة وأن شركات أخرى تعيد المبلغ كاملًا إذا فشل التوصيل. لكن بدل أن يتحملوا هم المسؤولية، جعلوا العميل هو الخاسر.
خلاصة تجربتي: تعاملت سابقًا مع شركات مثل SHEIN وTemu وModanisa، وعندما يفشل التوصيل، تتحمل الشركة كامل المسؤولية وتعيد المبلغ كاملًا للعميل. أما مع Modaselvim، فهم يخصمون المبالغ ويتركون العميل يتحمل الخسارة.
هذه كانت آخر مرة أتعامل فيها مع Modaselvim، وأنصح أي شخص بالتفكير جيدًا قبل الشراء منهم، لأنهم لا يحمون حقوق العملاء ولا يتحملون مسؤولية فشل التوصيل.

This is a rubbish system with bad quality fabrics, l did want to return the item, the return process didn’t work and had to deal with a long message to explain the situation plus they are charging you shipping fee and custom fee which all deducted from your items refundable price. Don’t be fooled by the picture of clothes on the app like me, even you want to keep it , it’s not worth to wear it coz of low quality of fabrics.

How’re In my last order I didn’t like the fabric at all so I decided to rerun it.
Products were costing $76 they said they will refund $65 I said ok thinking they are already charging me for shipping, to my surprise that I have also to pay shipping.
I said it says free return, they said yes you should read it’s only of domestic returns.
Please stay away from this website they would do anything to not return your stuff and if they do they just want to refund few dollars.
Totally scam.

Wasting of money. The products were not suitable, the sleeves were short. When tried to return them, the shipping fees are more expensive than the products, besides the company wanted me to pay tax and customer services. So, I had to throw them away, as I wouldn’t wear them. Worst Return Policy.

Customer service is professional and responsive, but the international shipping fees are very high, and the return process is complicated and expensive. I had to keep the item because returning it would have cost me a lot even I am not going to wear it . Unfortunately if there is minus star will be fair for the bad quality of their products and their service, first trick you faced if you made your purchase from abroad (ex:canada) they charged you the double of the exchange rate, i bought 2 dresses for USD98 shipping included, they charged me CAD168 equal 120USD, be careful!, and the second matter is the verrry bad quality of fabrics (textile), the dresses really are unwearable.

Bitte bestellt nicht von dieser Firma. Das Zurücksenden wird nicht übernommen, außerdem verlangen sie noch 40€ Zollgebühren, was aber nicht stimmt. Zollgebühren gibt es ab 150€ Bestellung.
