Helpful customer service and quality clothing

Ordered from this website on top of the expensive cost you need to pay duty!
Got dress with their measurements on website and doesn’t fit. Specifically ordered bigger size Asked for help and they responded with u probably have broad shoulders. Customer service said no exchange or refund on international sales. Now I’m out 500 dollars and have a dress that’s wrong size. PATHETIC DO NOT BUY!!!!
Save your money.

This place is very amazing with very nice quality and material dresses also with nice prices they also recommend you with different options and what fits you best and what materials that they have and different dresses. Very good customer service.

The dress is too big. And they don’t provide return or exchange. Now I am left without a proper dress for my brothers wedding. Keep this in mind when ordering ladies. I reached out and they said they would give me a 10% discount if I gave a review and I did. I give my honesty annd how my experience went. they didn’t like what I wrote and refused a discount code. Horrible customer service forcing positive feedback or they won’t try to better the situation. Customer service is about providing service that will help the customer feel heard or have a better experience even if they are unable to provide a refund instead they offered a discount and took it back because they didn’t like my review. Aka they want you to lie

À fuir vraiment ne commandez jamais chez eux même les robes des marcher sont de meilleure qualité et le comble il n’y a ni remboursement ni échange soit disant leur produit sont vérifié deux fois et filmer la broderie de marcher robe est tombé alors que je l’ai à peine porté J ai payer 150€ la robe vous imaginez je regrette vraiment mais Que grand bien leur fasse tout se paie un jours faites juste attention à votre argent sur shein vous pouvez trouver les même robe meilleure qualité à prix vraiment raisonnable FUYEZ FUYEZ ce site j ai eu le malheur de n avoir pas
