Scam site

I spent over $80 to be told that what I ordered was a “pre order item” and was cancelled when I inquired as to when it would be shipped. I was told I would be fully refunded but when I inquired again about my refund I was assured it was processed. At this point it had been over a week. I asked for proof it was refunded and was told to see “receipt attached”. There was no receipt and after I mentioned this I was told they were wrong and my refund was awaiting approval from the “finance department”. I looked them up online and many people complained of the same thing and never received their orders. A google search said it was a scam site. I had to file a dispute with my bank.

So bad

So bad , I ordered 4 dresses , they delayed the delivery for one moth and only one dress arrived which was shocking for me so bad quality and so different than what I saw in the picture , it doesn’t worth the money I paid … I send them an email for a return and refund .

Fraud & Scam website

I had purchased £60 dress online & never recieved the dress, never recieved the order number or confirmation. Contacted the support team multiple times, sent them proof of payment, followed up so many times. All they do is copy paste AI generated responses saying we will check, we understand ur dissappointment, we appologise for the delay type responses but no actual action taken. This business should be banned as they are openly looting people in the name of online selling. One of the biggest scammers & fraud company I have ever come accross.

Do not buy from this company. I placed my order over two weeks ago. Never received a confirmation email. When I reached out to customer service they weren’t able to locate my order. Fraud -scam -lies

I ordered a few items waited 10 days just to receive only one item that the fabric was absolutely disgusting looks so cheap I actually paid $99.40 for this to look like a $40c abaya

I have contacted them on several emails and socials and no one got back to me I will be posting this review ,and the name of the shop vivich on all platforms (117k followers I have they will know not to buy from these scammers first and last time
Also I will be putting this on Australia scam watch so when ever someone from Aus tries to purchase from them they will be notified as scam !!!!!!!
If I don’t get a reply really soon I will be disputing my transaction with a complete full refund !!!!!!

Very disappointed with Vivich

Very disappointed with Vivich . I returned an abaya over a month ago and still haven't received my refund. I've contacted with them multiple times and keep getting delayed responses with no real solution. On top of that, the quality of the abaya was very cheap and not worth the price at all. I expected much better. I would not recommend ordering from Vivich.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I regret buying stuff from them. I have not received my item yet. They deal with the worst delivery company and they have no sense of customer service. Waste of money and time and your stuff gets stolen or they don't have those items in real life, they just scam. It's been more than a month and I'm still waiting. I requested a return and refund only to be informed product can't be refunded.

Sent a further email with photos of how poor quality the dress was. Email received we will give you a voucher to use when you next place am order but only 50 per cent off voucher.

I requested a refund and returns label again. Email received not possible to receive refund.

Avoid buying from this site.

I am disappointed.

Will not buy again.
