The product itself looks good when built - but the engineering of the design is quite poor. Pilot holes don't line up as indicated for construction - so it takes a little bit of ingenuity to complete.... Ver mais

Stay as far away from this awful company as you can.
Bought a TV unit. Was damaged by them on delivery. Refused refund and insisted I live with the damaged unit. At every stage try to pass the blame onto me.

Hi Michael, We are sorry to see you feel this way.
Upon receiving your order for the 2.2m oversize TV unit, we did immediately notice you selected the standard 1 person delivery for which your delivery was to Level 6 apartment in the CBD.
Our team immediately reached out and recommended the need for a local two person delivery service to maneuver the item for you which you declined.
As expected, the independent courier driver refused to maneuver the item up to your apartment which therefore left you helpless and unfortunately resulting to the the corner damage.
Although we were not in the position to accept responsibility, in good faith we still offered to have the entire unit replaced for you.
We are still unsure why our generous gesture to replace at no cost was declined.
I have to disagree with the your remarks, and at no stage would our company imply that you "live with the damage" and on the contrary have offered a number remedies to have this issue resolved in your favor.
We are very sorry that you chose to reject our support and retaliate online instead.
I only hope customers may appreciate the importance of engaging the correct and suitable delivery service available to suit their needs.
