Save your money! I ordered the Hydro Washer a month ago, and it still has not arrived. The "tracking" shows it in Los Angeles, but it has shown that for ten days. I actually think Modernmint sold my phone number to spammers, since I've received an inordinate number of spam calls since I placed my order. The
video of the Hydro Washer admitted that what it showed was actually a real power-washer, and not their product. Shame on me for ordering it anyway!

It took forever to get the pressure washer and there is no way to return the product.It is not more powerful than a regular garden hose. Do not buy it.
They say that they will prosecute everyone that try to defraud them (see charge back policy). They surely protect themselves vigorously but not the their costumers.

BUYERS BE WARE....RETURN ADDRESS IS IN CHINA. CONSUMERS PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST!!!!!
I was told on 2 separate occasions via email that I could return the item once I received it. Once I received the item and requested instructions to return the item, below is the response I received.
“To return the item, we will need a picture of the item received and a picture of the item being sent bacK to us at the address below for an immediate refund. If you do not provide theses we have to wait until delivered back to us for a refund.
Please note as stated on our website we do not cover return shipping charges.

I too should have read reviews before trusting them to fill an order of mine. I ordered a simple cosmetic for my eyes in early May and still no package. They keep telling me it is in the shipping process. Bogus. Do not buy from these folks. Total scam. I've asked for a credit but now they have gone silent. Can't believe Etsy or Pinterest would want them selling on their web sites.

I wish I had known about this site before I ordered the two items. This company is a total scam. I ordered two items from them in April and after numerous emails haven't received either of the items and it's now June 17. First they allege that it might have been stolen, but since COVID 19 ive been home every day so there is zero chance it was stolen. They now allege it was delivered and I should check with the post office. I did, but was told it was never delivered. I'm now out of nearly $100. What a bunch of scammers, will be report them to the BBB.

Absolutely the very same story - Ordered a solor bird feeder fountain mid April and have never received it and it is not mid June. Received the same emails regarding tracking and Jamaca NY - I din't know aabout Trustpilot but have learned my lesson - don't order anything impulsively off Facebook and dont order anything PERIOD without checking with you guys first. Damn - what was I thinking. total SCAM

Ordered over a month ago. The tracking information a month later looks bogus. I strongly suspect the legitimacy and am calling my credit card company.

I placed an order on May 2, 2020 for the Hydro sprayer. I have not received it.
Tracking says it is in transit. This is ridiculous and I am contacting my bank to cancel payment. I do not think they are a leg image business and I was obviously suckered!

I ordered off Ebay for a high powered washer in early April. No response from the company and no package received. Apparently anything from China does not hold up on it word. Sent a email when I ordered and that was the only thing I have ever received. I ordered from Pastel Beige on Ebay did not know that it was coming from china until I paid for it. Apparently ModernMint has it is called are the same companies China does this with various names but the same products from the same company just different names. Look up American made only from now on and you will not get jipped.

I will not order from this company again. When I order something I expect it in a couple of weeks at most. This is why I just order 99% of stuff from Amazon. Get my order in a couple of days.

I ordered the Hydro Jet High Pressure Power Washer on April 23. I'm still waiting for it. One tracking thing shows that it's in Los Angeles ... since 05/10. USPS tracking says it's on the way to Jamaica NY ... since April 30.

I emailed them on May 8 to ask where my order was. I understand that there may be some delays from all the crazy virus. But had I known it was coming from China I would probably not have ordered. I expected them to have stock here in the US so they can ship items quick as they bait people in to buy stuff.

Instead this is the explanation I got:
"Thank you for your patience with the tracking information. I would like to provide you with some information on why your tracking is behaving the way it is.

Being that we ship directly from manufacturers all over the world, we use a flight shipping service called Yanwen Express. This allows us to skip the process of buying stock and filling our domestic warehouse before we start shipping to the customer.

Once the Yanwen flight reaches the destination country, USPS or your postal-service takes over the shipping.

Anyways, being that your product is coming from overseas warehouses, it needs to go through a vigorous sorting phase to ensure it makes it onto the right flight to your country, and to the closest landing warehouse in your location. This can cause the tracking information to have some delays in updates. Once it departs on the proper flight you will begin to see updates every other day.

I hope this helps shed some light on our tracking and shipping process.
