I agree with all the other one star reviews...wish there was a minus set of stars. I ordered a leaf covered expandable lettuce. Not even close to the pictures...expands to only about 1' foot by about 4 feet with the fewest leaves as possible...no privacy potential at all! So sorry I didn't check reviews before ordering it...dummy me!!! Don't ever order from this company. Why are they still on Pinterest??? Don't they care about customers??? May stop using Pinterest since you can't trust them to check out businesses...rather rip-offs

Received my sand blaster without the required adaptors or the advertised security glasses. Reaching out for a refund or replacement is a total waste of time and efforts. No response to email or the phone (they're always closed). Don't buy from these people. Awful Awful Awful

This place should be out of business! Ordered garden solar lights on supposed sale! 2 pack of 8 for $80 bucks, received a small package today with 4 cheap plastic supposed solar lights not the16 I was charged for…..nothing close to advertised on the website. Stuff comes from china and looks like it would cost you a $1 at Biglots. I’ve emailed them requesting a full refund with no response as of yet. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off on garbage products and not sent your full order.

Modern Mint is a scam e-business. Company does not honor its return policy for incorrect or mis-described items. I ordered a travel bag and when received it was not as pictured in their website. I requested return instructions several times and received no replies. They continue to offer discount coupons with no instructions. I do not recommend Modern Mint for any purchases.

My experience is the same as the person below. I ordered two travel/weekend bags with the extra zip compartment at the bottom, so you could store shoes separately. Instead they sent two bags that unzip at the bottom to extend the capacity. I emailed them 4 times. Even took pictures of the advertisement and what I actually received. The response was that I was incorrect, and that they sent me what I ordered? I was like what?? This is not what I ordered. The option was that I could mail it back to The china address, on my own dime, and they would refund me. Or they would give me 20 percent back. After 3 emails later telling them that I wanted the bags I ordered and that they should be paying for the shipping, and all 3 emails being ignored, i sent a 4th email and I just received a text that they refunded the 20 percent. Hopefully it actually posts to my account. Total SCAM! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BTW they advertise on PINTEREST- shame on PINTEREST!

The 2 bags I ordered were not as advertised. Instead of a shoe compartment in the bottom it was just a height extension by opening a zip. Several emails I sent have been ignored. Absolute rip off. They DO NOT deserve any stars at all, not even the one I had to give to leave my review. Shocking experience. In future I'll read reviews before buying from anyone. Never again from Modern Mint. It's a scam. The same bags would have been about $20 from K Mart. I've been scammed $80 plus postage. Disgusted.

Wish and Pinterest carrying modern uplift in their inventory as the company they're completely rip off their 1-800 customer service does not work no one calling back why do you expose customers to these people👿😡😬🤨

I ordered a 6' chain saw - my bad that I did not do my research before getting sucked into their AD - but when I finally got my product, there is no way to charge the battery. The battery and charger are not compatible. I have reached out and have heard nothing from them. I don't believe I ever will. Hard lesson to learn - but they are a racket!

False advertising!! Ordered a travel bag that ad showed a zippered opening at bottom for shoes, etc. Bag I got just ordinary duffel bag. For money I spent could have gotten a really nice bag elsewhere. No one ever at contact number and do not answer any e-mails!!DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I placed an order. Said was on its way 3 days later, and have never rcvd. Totally a SCAM company. Unhappy and shame on me....ho hum.

I'm still waiting for a product cake decorator nozzle set and it's taken a month and tracking still says china. They advertise shipping in 3 days. I'm ready to send my information to the federal trade commission. Why don't they really want to do business with us in USA. I've done nothing to deserve it. I have friends all over the world and welcoming new customers will certainly become returning customers if shipping is smooth and on time.

These lights could be worth $3 each at a General Dollar store. PLEASE Do not fall for their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You will receive (1) light for $19.95 plus pay for shipping. In addition, if there is something wrong or defective with an item you purchase from ModernMint.com CUSTOMER SERVICE Micheal, and or Alisa Mong will email you back to give you the return shipping address: IN CHINA!!!

I was charged $33.39 on my credit card for a (1) $3 dollar mini solar torch light (if purchased at dollar store) instead it’s priced for $19.95 for (1) advertisement states (1) pack Bundle Deal-4 for the price of one (1); plus I purchased a plumbing snake that was defective for $14.99. The plumbing snake was a joke; dollar store item. In addition, paid for shipping $5 something.
Go to Amazon shipping charges, or Amazon PRIME free shipping to secure your order at least they ship from the USA. Even then read the return policy on purchases before purchasing and by all means….PLEASE

Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a pair of indoor slippers/socks. After a long wait I finally received---ONE slipper/sock. Their customer service refused to send me a shipping label for return of the item, even though the error was theirs. Appalling customer service.

Yes, I will agree with all on this platform. This company is a scam. I ordered a Drone and wasn’t satisfied due to cheaply made and the controller was in “Chinese”, which I don’t speak or read. I’ve sent several emails and was told the same as others. Micheal asked me to send it back to China for a refund. However, the postage was more then I paid for the drone. Yes, they have a Canadian address but give you an address in China. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MODERUPLIFT/ MODERN MINT !!!! A SCAM

I just want people to know how awful this company is!!!!!! I would never again order from modernmint. My shoddy item arrived broken. They said I can pay to ship it back to China. Or they could give me a 20% refund and I can keep the broken item. Their I’ll gotten gain will catch up sooner or later. I would consider this thievery. BEWARE
The item I bought was approx 30$. Could buy at a dollar store for 1$. Wish I had looked them up before I ordered. Instead I paid the STUPID TAX. I couldn’t find a review over one star.

This company is a total scam. Unfortunately I did not check the reviews on this company. I lost $119. Customer support is non-existent. Called many times all times of night and day, all days of the week. Only a voice mail response that said "sorry, we are not open". I sent emails. I finally received a reply from a Michael who stated no remote control or manual comes with the toy transformer which was a complete lie. Advertisement clearly states the opposite. Lesson learned - ALWAYS check reviews before purchasing from a company.
