Fast and Efficient service
Good selection, easy to order online and delivery was quick and efficient. Disappointed to find that they needed putting together as they were not cheap items and in my opinion should have been pre-built. The picture instructions were not easy to follow. Quality of item is decent but very expensive. No care instructions with them as to cleaning of seat and backing material which does not zip off???

I have been trying to return an item
I have been trying to return an item, I have emailed numerous times there is no contact number to ring to start the process of returning the two dining chairs and had no contact back! I am now out of pocket by £320 and have a large box in the way sat in my kitchen.

I have to give 5 stars as the customer service team handled the bad weather delivery issues really well.
I had ordered 3 chairs but the snow made delivery difficult - i did call and it was a bit of mare but Modish chased this up and delievered 3 fantastic bar stools.
I will be ordering again soon. Quality of the products was excellent.

good customer service
To be honest I'm only rating the company on the fact that once they had sent the items which we couldn't put together, due to a fault, they didn't quibble about a refund. The actual items were disappointing because assembly was impossible.

Poor Courier experience
Delivery was scheduled between 2-4. I received a call regarding early delivery. I left work early to accommodate delivery, and travelled an hour to my home. I received a call from the courier that they were at my residence and were refusing to wait the 5 minutes for me to get home. I was lucky my neighbour was passing otherwise the delivery would be missed due to the courier leaving.

Unfortunately, during December courier companies are under extreme pressure, and their reliability and communication can be unpredictable despite scheduled delivery windows. While we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, the final delivery is handled entirely by the courier, and situations like this are regrettably outside of our direct control.
