Exceptional service …
I ordered the Turin beige 5 seater outdoor sofa set. Delivery was prompt and after assembling the two chairs and table, I was unable to assemble the couch as two of the legs were dented.
I emailed Modish that day and the next morning they were back in touch requesting pictures of the damage. I sent these and 24 hours later a replacement couch was delivered with a pack of screws as there were 2 missing from the original package.
They asked me to put the faulty couch in the box which the replacement came in and they will collect it.
Just exceptional service.
I would highly recommend this company and also the beautiful, high quality Turin outdoor lounge set.

From order to delivery (and set up) was just 5 days! The sofa is true to description and is so lovely. We needed to add some “non slip” mats under the cushions but other than that the service was amazing with communication throughout.

The bar stools I ordered are perfect except for one small detail on the seat which Imran dealt with in a friendly efficient manner plus the carriers were 3 days late and a small refund for the trouble was deposited into my bank to compensate for the carrier delays. Thank you Modish we love our stylish stools and your brilliant service.

Excellent customer service with prompt…
Excellent customer service with prompt replies. I bought 6 dining chairs, 6 bar stools, 2 sofas, many cushions, ornaments and throws. Every item was of beautiful quality and delivered within the timescale. A little issue with the sofas, nothing major, however this was dealt with perfectly and I can’t fault them as a business. Will definitely purchase more items from this company again.

Absolutely love my new dining chairs from Modish Furnishing! So unique and elegant, had so many compliments already on them. Fast delivery and good communication from the company. Only complaint would be some of the fittings were more difficult to get in than others due to alignment issues.
Would definetely purchase from here again!

6 seater Milan Beige lounge set
I was a bit wary buying online without seeing it “in the flesh” but Modish responded to my questions promptly prior to purchase.
Very pleased with the lounge set. I was worried the colour might not be the same as in the pictures but it’s exactly as shown. Looks really nice. Good value for the price, although some of the cushions are a bit misshapen and the soldering is a little crude. Cushions are very firm and supportive although ideally should have tabs/loops to attach them to the frame to stop them slipping around, in my opinion. I will likely stitch some on myself. Time will tell how durable and weather resistant it is, but overall very pleased with it.
