I have found Molly to be one of the most genuine people I have ever come across… her unwavering dedication to helping myself and others succeed in the Rent to Rent business never ceases to amaze me… since joining her group several weeks ago, I have enjoyed endless encouragement and proven advice, based on her own success… I am putting that advice into practice as I make the journey to financial freedom and transition into comfortable retirement…

I signed up for Molly's free rent-to-rent webinar and then received emails promoting her mentorship. I received an email detailing her recent experience with one of her family members being in a coma and in the ICU and how this made her grateful for her rent-to-rent business with a link to book a call for a consultation about her mentorship at the end of the email.

I felt the use of a serious and personal family situation to sell me something was quite inappropriate, I found it gross. I felt shocked that a business would market in this way. It made me decide that I didn’t want to engage with the mentorship.

[As I have watched the free webinar, and read the marketing emails from this business, I have every right to write a TrustPilot review. I am not, and never have been, a part of Molly's mentorship. Trustpilot states that reviews can be based on experiences with a business that were not related to a purchase - as in my case].

Molly gave us the benefit of her experience in a well presented course for serviced accommodation. This gives you the bases on how to set up your own property and look for a patch. It is great to see what you can achieve with all this knowledge.

I honestly don’t know where I would be with my SA journey without Molly. ❤️

I’m completely new to social accommodation, and when I first started, I genuinely didn’t know where to begin. There is so much to learn and so many things to think about, and it can feel really overwhelming when you’re starting from scratch.

But Molly has been there from the very beginning.

I haven’t even got my first property yet, and that says a lot about Molly because she hasn’t just been there to help me once I’ve found a deal — she’s helped me understand how to actually get started.

I’ve just spent 45 minutes with her and she literally went through everything with me, step by step, explaining exactly what I need to do and what I should be looking for. If I find a property, I know I can go to her and she’ll help me understand whether it works, what I need to do next, and how to approach the management side of things.

The biggest thing for me is the confidence she has given me. Things that seemed completely confusing before are starting to make sense because she takes the time to explain them properly.

Molly doesn’t just tell you what to do and leave you to figure the rest out. She actually takes the time to help, answer questions and guide you through it.

I’m only at the beginning of my journey, but I can honestly say I’ve already come such a long way from where I started. I now feel like I have someone in my corner who knows what they’re doing and genuinely wants to see me succeed.

Hi Molly, my R2R coaching program is coming to an end. It was a great experience and I appreciate all your support.

I am about getting my 3rd deal straight from Landlord no agency or deal sourcing involved.

Came to this page a few days ago as was thinking of reserving a place for property mentorship based on Mollys social media.
Not going to sign up now though as the page was labelled - Molly Wedding Cakes- but the website linked to Mollys website. Reported to Trustpilot who said the business was showing misleading information.

Im not okay with this, a business shouldn’t do this- It’s not right to mislead customers. I won’t recommend based on this experience.

I’ve done more than my share of property education over the 5 years, and being honest, a lot of it leaves you with lots of information but not much in the way of actual actionable steps.

Until I came across this!

What Molly did really well is take rent to rent and broke it down in such a way to give me a predictable income.

To me Rent 2 Rent was a way to provide me with an extra income and not a full-time business, and Molly's support made this a reality.

It’s not some course where you watch a few videos and then you’re left to figure it all out on your own ( done that in the past).

You’ve got the coaching calls, and boy, are these good. For a young girl, the amount of knowledge she has is amazing, and she really cares, and this makes a massive difference, or at least to me it did.

For me, this is the first time I've felt the coaching was made for me; it was practical and straight to the point.

It was never my intention to set the world alight and earn huge amounts, and with Molly's help, this is just what happened. I've got enough revenue coming in so my wife and I can enjoy our retirement without cutting corners and worrying consistently if we have enough to do what we want to do.

However, I dare say if you were younger and wanted to go all in, there is no reason this wouldn't also work for you.

Unable to take constructive criticism…

I joined Molly’s free rent to rent Facebook group to learn about property. I was really excited!

However, she posted about an award she received recently. Her post made it seem like she won the award for the quality of her training but didn’t clearly state why she received the award… so I asked. She replied saying she’d received the award for ‘growth and results in her property business’.

However, I did a quick google of the company she received the award from- a company that trains coaches how to market their business. Turns out she received the award for the amount of money she made from her clients since she started working with the company.

So, I replied, stating what she really won the award for, suggested she be more transparent about it and then congratulating her as what she achieved is a major milestone.

She then banned me from the group.

So yeah, I wouldn’t recommend working with someone incapable of taking constructive criticism even when the criticism is about them omitting important information when selling their programme!

I’d find a coach who values transparency!
