Poor quality jewellery and customer service
I was gifted an item that I’d picked out for a Christmas present. Within 3 months the jewellery was completely tarnished. I have reached out to the company almost 20 times! The issue is still unresolved. Please don’t buy from here.

Hi Laura,
We're sorry to hear this, and take quality issues very seriously. It's worth noting, as our care guide online explains, that our pieces are gold vermeil/18ct plated, so they can be sensitive to moisture, perfume and daily wear.
That said, we did offer you a replacement once we had a restock available either in the piece you chose or another colourway but didn't hear back from you.
We're happy to still sort this out if you reply to that email or give us a call as we suggested.

Beautiful & doesn't tarnish
I ordered a silver necklace from Molly Olivia a few months ago. I have been wearing it almost everyday, including in the shower and it hasn't tarnished or lost its shine at all. I'm very impressed, hope to order the matching bracelet the future!

Worst customer service I ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experience, I was so excited to receive the necklace I ordered from Molly Olivia. When it arrived I was disappointed because it was poor quality and looked cheap and it was quite expensive. I placed a request for a return and it was excepted I sent back the necklace using the tracking code and shipping they provided (it had to be sent within 2 days of receiving the code which is a very fast return window) and then I tracked my parcel and it arrived back to the warehouse. That was 2 weeks ago and I have sent 3 emails and an enquire on the question part of the website and I have received no response. This is disgraceful and really disappointing considering I spent £130 on a necklace that looked poor quality and then sent it back to now still be out of pocket £130 and not even have a product to show for it. Do not buy from this company it feels like a scam and a complete waste of hard earned money.

My ring tarnished after only wearing it…
My ring tarnished after only wearing it a handful of times over two months, which was really disappointing. I contacted customer service, but they were very slow to respond and difficult to get hold of.
Eventually, they sent a replacement ring, but the exact same thing happened again. After that, I asked if I could return it for a refund because I no longer had confidence in the quality of the product.
They refused to give me a full refund, and customer service continued to be slow and unresponsive throughout. Overall, it’s been a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
