I received the product that I ordered and it was beautiful. The hanging kit was missing. I reached out and within days I received the kit. You also reached out to make sure I received it. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely love our new outdoor art! The finished product looks just like the mock up. Took a while to travel from the US to Aus but great considering all the delays with covid.

It was beautiful but the metal was a little bit thin and the corners were bent not creased so I was able to straighten them out but very nice piece

A past customer I was looking forward to re-ordering. At Christmas, Fed Ex had a problem delivering understandably, but the owners were gracious and reached out to me personally. Now that speaks volumes for this company. I will certainly order again!

I'd give them an 0 rating if it were an option. I even contacted the company prior to ordering to make sure I would be receiving what was listed in the photos and they assured me yes. I was to get a 3ft x 4ft piece of artwork...it arrived in an 8.5 x 11 envelope and measured 7" x 9"!! I was absolutely shocked! I did do a review on their FB page and they deleted it. I did file with the BBB along with 48 others in the past 3 years. Tons and tons of bad reviews on line for this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!

This company advertised one product then sent me another product...much smaller than what i ordered. When i complained...they refused a refund.

It appears I keep getting a charge on my MC every 21st of the month!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN this to me and refund my excess of $200.00 I am notifying my bank and a lawyer if necessary. I do not recall EVER placing an order with this business!!!

I ordered the Just Breathe that advertised for free just pay shipping. I usually order from Redline Steel. I received the product and the quality was not good at all. When I removed it from the packaging the wording was already bent after the capital J & B, you could see the paint had already chipped off in these areas and was ready to break in these two areas also. The steel was extremely thin and just seem to be poor quality compared to what I usually receive from Redline steel. You can see the big difference in the quality of steel just by looking at two pieces of the same size from these two companies. Now I understand why their products were free and just pay for shipping. They were not worth the purchasing price of the shipping. This is the first and the last time I will ever deal with this company. Their quality of their craftsmanship speaks for itself.

FRAUD! I gave them my credit card info to pay for a ONE TIME order and they have been billing me monthly ever since! They will not answer emails and there is no contact phone number.

This company has continued to charge my credit card monthly and I did NOT authorize this. I tried to log in their website and I don't even have an account on their website. I have called several times to dispute the charges but no one returns my calls.

This place is a fraud after 90 days I still have not received my order. I asked for a refund and I can not get a response. They no longer have a phone number listed to call them and everyone is blocked from posting on there face book page. I also had my email, facebook and bank account that I paid for the product with all hacked. Dont waist your time or money with them.

I got what I paid for, I should go to the store if ever I will buy something like this again.

This is what I wrote to the company. Don't buy from them

"Hi. I am writing to say how deeply upset I am with your company. After my order I was supposed to get a notification when it was shipped. Never happened. I paid $19.99 shipping and my package was sent COD. The nearest FedEx store close to me is a 5 hour round trip. They will not release my package until I go in and pay due to covid. If I had know it was a scam and I had to pay shipping twice plus now a day off work to pay someone to take me to Fedex I would have never ordered from your company. I haven't even seen my sign yet and I already have a bad taste in my mouth about it. Now I know why you are closing. Its very upsetting I took today off work to accept the package. Now I have to take another one off just to get the package due to double shipping. By the time I actually am able to get it, its gonna cost me way more than I paid for the sign. Very disappointed."

Thank you for the reviews from consumers who have recently brought products. I was so keen and ready to place an order with Momentsengraved but after reading the reviews, I will look elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY! Purchased the Nautical Compass Monogram June 2020, the font/letter width size, for our last name K**Z and EST 2020 was easily 1/8 the example size and the piece does not look uniform. The website example looks bold. In addition it was received damaged, or with a factory flaw, see bent W on the left side. This was a wedding for my sons. Anyone that see's it says what's wrong with the font and the bent "W"? We thought no problem after all it says right there on the web site "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" turns out that's not true! After asking for a refund, her final response was basically NO and our emails are now ignored. Mistakes happen, ture customer service is defined as how you resolve the mistakes.

Terrible company, so disappointed!
I ordered the tree of life heart shaped custom. As advertised on their website the font was nice, however when I received my item it was in a stencil font which looks absolutely HORRIBLE. When I reached out to them by email sending a picture of what I received and what they are advertising on their website. Here are some of the responses I got.

Which included a picture of someone (from their customer reviews) holding the item I had ordered with a different saying. Sorry can’t include the photo

I’m not asking for a refund, I just want it replaced and to have the same as they advertised.

They have stopped responding to my emails so I’ll find everywhere I can to write a bad review!!

I ordered 2 items. 1 was perfect. However, the Mr & Mrs sign was not. The font of the requested surname was finished in a stencil style font and not as per the adverts (and photos) on their website. This looks totally out of place as it does not match the font that the Mr and Mrs is written in. When I queried this, I was told this is the new style font and no refunds or replacements can be issued. Disgusted with their attitude. This is not what I ordered. For this reason, I will not order anything from them again.
