I ordered two silk pillowcases. One came and it was perfect - lovely. The other looked like it had been used or returned. I have sent a photo but have not yet heard back from you.

The ability to call and actually speak to a representative meant the world to me, as I only needed a size change. The wonderful agent had me taken care of and off the phone in less than a minute. The item arrived on time, and my daughter couldn't be more pleased with the quality, fit, color, and luxurious feel of her new robe, which puts a big smile on my face. Thank you!

The site and purchse process was clear and straightforward. Response, even during off-hours was really good. The shipment arrived earlier than expected. The King Comforter was efficiently packed, though we did treat it to an afternoon on an outside ine in the beautiful breezy spring day. The comforter itself is a delight so far!

Unfortunately, this review is more about the service and the deception of the advertising, shipping times, and overall communication, and it has been one of the worst first impressions I have experienced with a retailer that I interact for the first time. For a long time (months if not over a year) I have seen Momme Silk ads pop in my social media and internet browsing and have I have ignored them, until a few days ago, when I gave in and made a hefty purchase of several bedding and clothing items that the way they were advertised, led me to believe that they were ready to be shipped. It has been over a week at this point, and my order still stands in "unfulfilled" or "unknown" status, but of course is appears as "paid", while I have yet to have my items shipped. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with the company, but unless you use a Chat that has a disclaimer indicating that they have no one available to respond to your message, there is no other way to actually communicate. I sent an email with the order information to which I have yet to receive a response, and called two phone numbers that appear online, but those numbers are not working. So, I resorted to the chat and waited for someone to see the message, and when they finally responded, they said that the items were out of stock. If that is the case, most online retailers add a disclaimer to the product offering people to either be notified, or at least provide information of an estimated shipping date, which allows the customer to make a decision on whether to purchase the product or not. To the best of my knowledge, neither was an option in the products I purchased. This is absolutely inappropriate and misleading advertising because I already spent the money that the company has now, but I have nothing, not even a helpful response or an estimated time for arrival of my purchase. All the response from the chat say is that they have some items available, which they can ship and ask if I want a refund for the others, but do not provide the articles name either so I can make a decision. They only provide the article code of SKU number, so you have to go to the App and open your order, which does not work, because the moment you click to open the order, the App goes blank all the time and does not load any information about your purchase. So you have to check your purchase confirmation, but it does not have the items that you purchased listed. Then the option left is to go to the website and log into your account, but the items listed in the order do not have the numbers that the company is telling you, so it is a hurdle to investigate and search which items are available or not for shipment, so you can decide if you want a refund or not. So, I have been clicking item by item to see them in the actual ad and sites, but the article SKU numbers not always match the information on the chat, so one can only make a logical assumption by the first digits. Getting clear and concise information is almost impossible, which makes the company looks more and more like a scam rather than a legitimate business. All this has been my first experience, and probably will push me to have this as my first and likely my last purchase if this is not properly solved, even if the quality of the products ends up being outstanding. I should not be worried about my money, or whether I will successfully receive my purchased items, or waste these many hours to do to the company's job in providing and delivering information and identify articles that are out of stock or not. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible first experience.

Glad I ordered these silk pajamas. Real silk doesn’t make me hot like satin or fake silks. These are the real deal - I stayed cool all night. I used to sleep in a cotton set, but I wanted to roll over more easily, slipping on the sheets. Not only do they slip around more easily, but the way they feel on my skin feels soothing and comforting. I bought the shorts set with pullover top. The fit is slim, maybe just a little on the tight side, but basically true to size. I’d probably order the next larger size next time, but these work. I love the deep color. Shipping was rather quick. I highly recommend these real silk pajamas, for bedtime or lounging.

The bamboo duvet covers are fabulous, beyond expectations. However I am unsure of the pillowcase that is supposed to be silk one side, cotton the other. It feels and looks exactly like the bamboo duvet cover on the ‘silk’ side.

I had high hopes but the silk filling is not evenly distributed. Most of them are crowded in the four corners, the middle of the duvet is much thinner as the insert runs to the sides. The comforter should be quilted properly like the puffer to stop fillings from moving around. I’m not sure how to solve this issue

The silk nightie blue colour is perfect. The material, the model and the fit (M).
The one star missing is for the delivery. It took more than 14 days to receive it. It comes from China so keep in mind that it will take a while as it is not mentioned how long it will take.
