Unless you really want to take your chance, do not order from here. Customer service not great. They do not actually like to do returns. Bought a comforter and it is impossible to find a decent duvet cover for it due to the weird sizing of the duvet inserts. They don't fit your standard beds (at least in the US). The very few duvet covers I found that come close are $600+ or are so cheap and have terrible reviews. The company offered me a $22 refund and that's it. Now I am stuck with this duvet and have have to pay to get a duvet cover I like fitted.

I purchased a crew neck silk knitted T-shirt this month and received it just in 4 days. Wow, the delivery is so fast. I love the color and feel of it.

My order shipped out very quickly and took almost no time to get to me. High-quality products at good price points, especially with the sales going on right now. I got two silk cat sleep masks and they have absolutely transformed my ability to stay asleep. Purrfect for a great night’s sleep and kind to your skin!

The mommesilk washable silk blanket is the only blanket I’ve found that not only keeps me warm, but is breathable and doesn’t make me overheat. I have rosacea and my flushing used to be terrible in the night. When using this blanket with a linen duvet cover, I have had almost no flushing occur while sleeping. It’s truly temperature regulating (something wool and alpaca didn’t work for me on). I also love that these blankets mold to your body like a weighted blanket without giving a pinned in feeling.

The cost point for these blankets is fabulous, I’ve bought three so far and recommended to a bunch of other people who have issues getting overheated while sleeping or with regulating their temperature. A great hack for really cold nights for warm sleepers is layering two summer season blankets, it’s warm and cozy but not going to make you wake up sweating and if you do, you can take on blanket off :)

Incredibly well-made quality product, the Silk Year-Round Comforter. It came with the 2 Pillows. All excellent materials and construction, even the cotton sateen covers. The comforter is a nice weight, and just a beautiful luxurious item really. I had to switch from anything down in my home, so found these as a replacement for warmth. I'd highly recommend Mommesilk to anyone.

I recently purchased the light grey duvet cover to go on my new guest bedroom bed (which hasn't arrived yet). The king bed is grey linen, so I am hoping this grey with white sheets will look amazing. I love the texture and look of this product. I have purchased many things from Mommesilk so I know I won't be disappointed.

I normally wear a Large top. After consulting the sizing guide, I ordered a XL based on bust size and it still was too tight across the shoulders and in the arm pits. I also bought a Mommesilk pj set through Amazon; I ordered a 3X and it didn’t fit!

I gave this review two stars because the silk is gorgeous and it appears well made. However, I will not be shopping here again. Bottom line? If you are larger than a size 4, Mommesilk does not want your business

Bestellter Artikel ist zu klein, ich möchte ihn zurückgeben. Dafür habe ich das Rücksendeformular ausgefüllt und an die genannte Adresse per Mail geschickt. Es kam keine Antwort, ich wiederholte die Mail, wieder keine Antwort. Meine Rückerstattung kann ich wahrscheinlich vergessen. Werde hier nie wieder etwas bestellen.

Habe nie eine Bestellbestätigung oder Bestellnr. erhalten. Ware wurde auch nie geliefert.
Habe nun Ärger mit Pay Pal.
Bin richtiggehend gelinkt worden.

After doing months of research on the best silk sleep caps, I came across Mommesilk. Let me tell you, the scammers are getting very elaborate these days. Not only does the website look legit, but they have also paid for cellphone farms to write hundreds of fake reviews. My package finally arrived after a week and a half, I tore it open and inside was a racing helmet STICKER worth 50 cents that I paid 45$ for !!! They did not even bother to send me a fake silk bonnet, like everyone else got. Their scam has now evolved to shipping stickers instead of fake silk.

I thought this company was based out of New Jersey as that is what my shipping label said. They went so far as to relabel the package when it arrived in the USA to a New Jersey label. Not only did they lie about where they are located, but their customer service are AI BOTS. Do not order from this company!

I would not give this con of a Chinese company any stars, because they are thieves and cons! DO NOT buy anything from this company unless you like getting conned! I bought a silk comforter from this company, paid $220.15. When the item made it to my house, They had not even put it in a box, The item was run over, Had a huge hole in the comforter, and the rapper was barely held together by tape and everything falling apart. I contacted this company over a dozen times asking for my money back, They wanted pictures, I provided, Then there was no response. So I contacted my bank and got them involved, Because I knew at that point this company was not going to refund my money not to mention they didn’t even want to pay to have the shipping costs for delivering a damaged item. I paid $95.95 to return this piece of garbage back to the company. The company continued to barely cooperate, and until they could see that the bank was in the picture, The company asked for all my banking information all over again, which they had from the very beginning, Pretending like they were going to smooth the situation over and everything was gonna be fine. I get my money back for the comforter, However, When I went To get my money back for the shipping cost of Returning the item to the company, They charged me a wire fee for giving me my money back that I’m entitled to have, Even though they have the banking information already, they tried to turn around and charge me a fee to give me my money back. This company is not legit! I will never do business with them again, They are not based in America, They are based in China. I don’t do business with China. This was a horrible experience, And they don’t even deserve any stars.

Ganz schlechte Qualität. Schlafhaube färbt komplett auf Bettwäsche ab. Habe dem Kundenservice 2 mal geschrieben, keine Antwort!

Very poor quality, I ordered One silk pillow when arrived was not filled in the corners. It was very hard !
Also two silk pillow cases, I’m unsure if these are 100% silk! They are very shiny and feel like cheap satin.
I’ve been intouch on several occasions to custom service as I wanted to return .
Unfortunately, they respond with the same message, which doesn’t help because their returns app is faulty, every time I enter the order number and email address, it will not proceed to the next stage which means I can not process the return label. Very Frustrating!

I will definitely never order from this company ever again.

Keine echte Seide. Die Rücksendeadresse ist auf der Website nicht zu finden und ich bin gespannt wie lange es dauert bis ich die Sachen zurücksenden kann.

Ich habe einen Kopfkissenbezug bestellt und über eine Woche später nachgefragt, wo meine Bestellung bleibt. Da wurde mir ein Tracking Link zugesendet und erst da wurde mir bewusst, dass das Produkt aus China geschickt wird. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich es niemals bestellt. Da auf der Website ein paar Werktage als Versandzeit angegeben werden, bin ich zumindest von einem Versand aus Europa ausgegangen. Außerdem gibt es kein Impressum und es wird jede Menge Quatsch auf der Seite erzählt, u.a. ist von Nachhaltigkeit die Rede! Aber natürlich muss ich mir selbst vorwerfen, dass ich bei den günstigen Preisen nicht 1+1 zusammengezählt habe.
