Wanted to ask a question waited over an hour for response. Kept getting' bot' not human then when thought I had human it wasn't and they didn't answer the question. This process long winded and frustrating.have up too time consuming.

Momondo does not provide the best fare for its clients
I just booked a Christmas round trip flight, Premium Economy, from Gatwick to Florida on the BA Website. Afterwards I checked the cost of the same flight on the Momondo website. Their cheapest fare for the same roundtrip flight, Premium Economy, was £300 more. QED.

Don't buy any ticket with Momondo
Don't buy any ticket with Momondo, they are fraud. I have buyed two ticket london to kolkata from Momondo they provided me eticket and I went to airport for my travel found out there is no ticket exist with the no. I have tried to call back the customer care agent who booked my ticket and they are not picking up. I have alredy logged complain with UK police for the same.

We are not a travel agency, and we don’t sell tickets.
A number of people have been contacted recently by phone, WhatsApp and email by individuals claiming to represent momondo, offering to book them a trip and requesting direct credit card or wire transfer payment.
Some were also asked to provide their passport and identity card numbers. These direct emails, WhatsApp messages or calls do not come from momondo, but from imposters who are trying to defraud you, or act with other malicious intent.
If you have provided your credit card number, contact the issuing bank to block your card. If you have provided your passport or identity card number, contact your police station.

More selective filters
I would like an option to cancel off certain airlines - ie.low cost airlines or those that charge for hold luggage.
I know I can use the filters, but they do-not delete off airlines which are part of multi options.
Ie. What if one airline is on a multi option I not like, I can only delete all multi carrier options and there could be other multi carrier options without that airline I may like.
Plus, no filter for airlines that charge for hold luggage, when I have added luggage and possibly food I am paying more than the standard airlines with more flight connections.
