Amazing products! Great craftsmanship!

I ordered two products from Mon’art. The “Keep the dream alive” frame and “The overnight success” frame. Both products came from overseas in just a few days. The shipping was great. The packaging was excellent - very sturdy and well protected. The quality exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate that they used real Lamborghini key fobs such a great touch. I’m really impressed and will be ordering again soon. Highly recommend.

Eine tolle Idee aber miserable…

Eine tolle Idee aber miserable Umsetzung. Nicht nur, dass der Rahmen vermackt ankam, nein auch die Druckqualität der Geldscheine ist unterirdisch. Und das bei einem Preis von 100 Euro. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Zwar hat der Hersteller einen neuen Rahmen (ohne Inhalt!) gesendet aber die Druckqualität ist weiterhin schlecht. Als Kunstobjekt sollte das schon realitätsnah wirken – tut es nicht.

Additionally, we noticed that you reached out about a Valentine’s discount days after purchasing your piece earlier. Although the promotion was not active at the time of your order, we still refunded you the discount as a goodwill gesture. We never received a response after issuing the refund (which is a shame), so we hoped this had resolved the matter.

HAPPY CUSTOMER

Well where to even start. I wanted artwork in my little girls room (toilet) that was not only a conversation piece, unique and a bitt odd like myself lol. And no one leaves my toilet without smiling so mission accomplised! I have too little wallspace as I truly would want all small frames they have. I am proud to say I have 11 pieces and I wouldnt do that if the service wasnt honest and polite, the delivery werent quick. I love every single piece I have!

Threatened with legal action, accused of fraud, missing packages and terrible customer service

I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with this company. This has been the worst customer service I have ever encountered, and I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice before handing over your money.

1. Missing Packages Worth Over £433 + Tax

I ordered multiple items, yet two of my packages went missing. Instead of properly investigating, the company has been dodging questions, refusing to provide key shipping details, and shifting all blame onto FedEx—even though they are responsible for ensuring my order gets to me. To make matters worse, they provided a Proof of Delivery (POD) that claims I signed for my package at 11:27 AM, even though I was in London until 2:00 PM!

“Not sure why you would suggest we’ve manipulated the POD.”

I never said they manipulated it—I questioned its validity because the signature was falsely attributed to me. Instead of addressing how this happened, they twisted my words and avoided the issue. When I asked for GPS proof of the delivery location, they refused to provide it.

2. Damaged & Poor-Quality Product

The one item I did receive arrived damaged, with a warped background and a deep scratch on the Perspex. For an expensive, “limited edition” product, the quality was unacceptable. The company initially refused to acknowledge the issue and made excuses like “this flattens out when you remove the protective foil”—which it didn’t.

When I insisted on a replacement, they finally agreed to send one, proving that the original was defective—but why did I have to fight for this in the first place?

3. Massive Import Tax Overcharges Due to Their Mistakes

The import taxes I was charged made absolutely no sense:
• Money Flakes (Value: £254) – £99.61 in tax
• Big Wolf Frame (Value: £212) – £57.21 in tax
• Keep The Dream Alive (Value: £170) – £46.62 in tax
• Make Money Not Friends (Value: £170) – £28.22 in tax

“The Brexit tax is something we have nothing to see with.”

While Brexit-related tax is not their fault, they were responsible for submitting the customs declaration, which directly impacted the tax amount. The tax figures do not add up logically, yet they refuse to provide customs documentation (CN22, CN23, or HS codes) to verify what was declared.

I specifically asked for these documents to claim back overpaid tax, not to shame them. Instead of being transparent, they stonewalled me, ignored my requests, and refused to provide documents I am legally entitled to.

4. Zero Accountability, Poor Communication & No Customer Care

Instead of taking responsibility, they have ignored most of my direct questions, dodged accountability, and even refused to reply to me further. In one of their last emails, they literally said:

“At this point, Matthew, we’re not going to reply to your emails anymore.”

This is not how a professional company should treat paying customers. Rather than resolving issues, they ignore them and refuse to communicate when things go wrong.

5. Attempting to Silence Me & Legal Threats

Not only did they refuse to help, but they also tried to silence my honest feedback by reporting my Trustpilot review as defamatory. Thankfully, Trustpilot reviewed my case and ruled in my favor, confirming that my review was legitimate.

“Are you sure the parcels are not delivered and you’re just trying to get your money back?”

Instead of assisting with my missing packages, they implied that I was committing fraud. This accusation is not only offensive but also defamatory. The reality is simple: I paid for products, and they failed to deliver them. When I asked for answers, they responded with baseless accusations instead of solutions.

“Not even once, we had to deal with a client like you.”

This is incredibly unprofessional. What exactly does that mean? A client who expects their order to arrive? A client who asks for transparency? A client who holds them accountable? Instead of admitting mistakes, they try to shame the customer for standing up for themselves.

Final Thoughts – AVOID THIS COMPANY!
• They lose packages worth hundreds of pounds and refuse to take responsibility.
• They charge inconsistent import taxes and refuse to provide customs documents that could prove their mistakes.
• They ship damaged products with poor quality control.
• They ignore customers when things go wrong and eventually refuse to reply.
• They try to silence honest reviews and even threaten legal action against paying customers.

I have never experienced such an unprofessional and shady company. If you’re thinking of buying from them, don’t. Spend your money elsewhere—this company does not deserve it.

• The item that arrived damaged due to shipping was promptly resent the day after to ensure you received a replacement.
• As soon as FedEx provided an update confirming that the missing items were delivered but unfortunately stolen from your front door, we issued a directly refund to you.
• FedEx has confirmed that they will refund you for the tax charges you paid. (Which they calculated wrongfully)
• We have responded to many of your emails promptly, addressing each concern as best as possible.
• The invoices you requested were always available immediately after your purchase.
• It is unfortunate that 1 order out of the 3 orders went missing due to a delivery issue with FedEx.

While we regret that this situation occurred, we have done our best to resolve the issues as quickly as possible, even on a sunday we replied you immediately. Wishing all the best in the future.

Kunst met geld!

Toevallig Monart tegengekomen. Het thema (€€€) bevalt mij wel dus ik heb snel een kleine bestelling geplaatst. Na wat gedoe met FedEx deze uiteindelijk in ontvangst genomen en helaas meteen schade gemeld. Mij werd verzekerd dat het product is schadeloos is verzonden. Er zou een vervangend onderdeel toegestuurd worden, maar ik heb er niets meer van vernomen dus ik heb het zelf maar vervangen. Verder is het echt wel een eyecatcher voor in huis, het trekt meteen de aandacht van iedereen, leuk!

A great first experience during Black Friday

I ordered the 300k frame series during Black Friday. It arrived very quickly, and well packaged. Packaging for me is super important because in my country, the postal office mistreats packages all the time... and this is framed, but it arrived perfectly. Upon opening it, I couldn't be more pleased. It surpassed my expectations by far. Its a really good piece of art to hang on my mancave/garage and I highly recommend it. I will be buying more things with them!

Ik had de overnight succes frame besteld, maar ik kreeg iets anders binnen. Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd en het is heel netjes en snel opgelost. Ik mocht het verkeerde product houden en binnen een dag kreeg ik de goede frame binnen.

Vorige week een bestelling geplaatst na het zien van een advertentie op Instagram. Ik had nooit gedacht dat ik zoiets nodig zou hebben maar wat een aanwinst aan de muur. Tax evasion frame (EUR) is van goede kwaliteit en was snel geleverd!
