The facts of my experience with this company are:

On 22 November 2023, I placed an order under Order No MA7329.

On 28 November 2023, the item arrived damaged which, having sent photographic evidence, was accepted by Mon'art. I then engaged in an email exchange with this company.

On 29 November 2023, I submitted a review of Mon'art on Trustpilot, which was approved by them and went live. This would have been my thirty-first review on this website, with all of my previous reviews also having been approved by Trustpilot.

That same day, Mon'art replied to my review on the Trustpilot website.

I subsequently contacted the Trustpilot Content Integrity Team, due to the content of Mon'art's response, which I found particularly upsetting.

Trustpilot did not uphold my complaint about Mon'art's response.

Instead, when Mon'art complained to Trustpilot about my review, which had been initially approved by Trustpilot, my review was blocked with a statement advising:

"Monartofficial flagged this review for containing harmful or illegal content.

"Trustpilot is assessing this review in
accordance with our flagging process,
during which time the review will remain hidden."

Contrary to Trustpilot's Transparency Report, I was not informed by Trustpilot of their action in blocking my review. I only found out when I looked at the Mon'art page again on Trustpilot.

Although I have requested an explanation from Trustpilot as to what in my review, constitutes "harmful or illegal content", Trustpilot has so far, at the time of posting this statement on 9 December 2023, refused to provide the evidence nor a date by which it will do so.

Mon'art will, I have no doubt, reply to this statement if it is approved by Trustpilot. There is certainly nothing "illegal or harmful" in it. Just the facts. So it will be interesting to see if it is published.

I leave the reader to make their own assessment of both Mon'art and Trustpilot.

14 December 2023 edit: I have received confirmation from Trustpilot that this review has been approved and made visible to readers. On 12 December, I received an email from Trustpilot to confirm that my original review, had I not deleted it, was also approved. I have battled with Trustpilot for two weeks to have my name cleared, but do not in any way understand why I have had to do so. My faith in this company is completely shattered.
