We had Montali yesterday 8/10 to replace out boiler. These guys worked tirelessly and never even stopped for a cuppa! So helpful and pleasant, I would definitely recommend them.

Turned up on time and carried out full gas central heating Install with no fuss. Guys were polite and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

Communication was excellent before, during and after installation, which meant that all my questions were answered and the schedule of work was clear, making planning easier. On the day itself there was unforeseen complications due to a structural building issue and everyone was amazingly kind and helpful and took the time to find a solution that was best for me. They were very patient going through every option and helping me to understand each one. The team even managed to get the work done to a very high standard and within the same day despite the delays due to the unforeseen issue. This made my life so much easier allowing me to get straight back into the flat without delay. Thanks so much to the whole team and I would very much recommend Warmworks and Montali.

I was super nervous about having gas central heating installed. Ross and his team were amazing. He made a plan, helped me understand what was gonna happen and reassured be through out the process. On the day, the guys who came all had a friendly, positive attitude. They all did an amazing job and I cant thank them enough for doing such a superb job. Highly recommend.

I had a new central heating system with boiler, new pipes and 7 new radiators installed.
The team came out to estimate the job and were very thorough in explaining everything in detail to me. The work was to take 2 days to complete.
They arrived at 8am and got straight on to the job. They worked tirelessly during their visit and finished at lunchtime the 2nd day.
They were very professional, polite and efficient during their whole operation. No mess was left and everything cleared away - old pipes,boiler, etc.
They were an excellent team and very hard working. Even one of my neighbours commented on their work ethic.
I would not hesitate in recommending Montali to others as they were fantastic.

Polite, professional, explained everything clearly, then turned up on time and did the job to spec, swiftly and competently. I had a new central heating system with boiler, pipes and radiators installed so it wasn’t a trivial job - floorboards needed to come up and there were unexpected issues on the day with concrete floors where no one was expecting them - but all of this was dealt with calmly without fuss and the team came up with solutions on the spot. Very impressive.
I was given very clear instructions on the prep I needed to do before they arrived, which kept stress to a minimum. Major debris, old water tanks and pipes etc were whisked away by the team on the day, so I was only faced with a bit of dust and minor debris to mop up after they’d gone - much easier than I was expecting.
Very pleased.

Montali were a pleasure to do business with. The friendly and helpful administration personnel as well as the polite, skilled and efficient engineers at this firm proves that they have clearly recruited wonderful people whose dedication to the relatively small task of pricing and subsequently suppling and installing a replacement radiator was handled professionally with expertise, speed and cleanliness. They were Superb.

We recently had an installation by Montali. We moved out for 3 days as wife has Respritory condition and I have a broken vertebrae. On return we encountered apauling state our home was left in. Window and blinds left fully open. Dust,dirt carpet fibers and bits of floor boards in shower. Furniture not
removed to original place. Various broken items. Attitude of Manager and Ryan totally discriminate against us as being Disabled. Our community alarm was switched off and not plugged back in. Thus unit battery was flat on return. If you are Disabled or special needs Do Not Use Montali ,NO EMPATHY.

Warm Works contracted Montali to carry out work at my home including installing a new boiler & 2 radiators. I had an initial survey completed by Alistair, he was very friendly, informative, approachable and accommodating. On the day of the work the team Chris, Ben & Craig arrived on time sharp at 8am. They were friendly, professional, informative & respectful. The electrician and another member of the team arrived later and were also very courteous and respectful. I had to go out with my little boy and felt at ease letting the team get their job done whilst I was out.
From start to finish I had a very positive experience with Montali. I would highly recommend!!

Flexible, prompt, knowlegeable, careful, and thorough.

WarmWorks contracted Montali to install a new boiler, to put in 10 new radiators and to run new pipes throughout our two story flat. 5 very friendly and professional men arrived at 8am sharp and they had completed the whole job by 3.30pm. They worked hard, were courteous, efficient and respectful throughout. I live in a tenement flat with 8 to a stair and have already had two neighbours ask about the company and came in to see their work, both were impressed. The flat is already so much warmer! Prior to this we had a survey completed by Alistair, he was also very friendly, informative, approachable and keen to do the best job.
From start to finish I found Montali to be trustworthy and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, anyone I phoned was happy to answer questions and keen to help. As a single mother it’s really daunting to have any work done and I was anxious about such a big job, but they really did make it easy and I felt totally safe and that my home was respected and cared for throughout. I would highly recommend!! Also they called to check things instead of just deciding what was best, like a slight change to how the pipes would run etc. they could easily have just bashed on with what they thought was best, but I appreciated the checking as I felt I had a say and that they wanted to do the best job, not just get the job done regardless. Super!!

Warmworks contracted Montali to install a new boiler and heating for us in June 2023. Within a month of the install we had had two visits for leaks from the heaters in multiple rooms. Later we discovered the rubbish they were to remove was dumped in the old water tank in our attic that was due for removal. Our living room ceiling started to fall down in Sept/Oct and we noticed it was right below the boiler. We had someone check it who said it all looked okay. The ceiling continued to get mouldy and look damp so we had the installer and Warmworks come to check it. Again they said it looked okay. We asked for feedback from the install team to see if there was anything noticable at the time that might suggest what is happening. No answer. Here we are in October 2023 and we have started using the heating system much more...and our ceiling is newly wet and saggy. In the attic under the boiler the area is drenched. The insulation is soggy and the beams are wet. The pipe under the boiler has come out because it just isn't long enough to meet the boiler and stay put. The weight of the condensation being removed has weighed it down and it has just come out. The installer says it's nothing to do with them, and Warmworks say the warranty is up. So despite continuing to voice our concerns about the leaks and damage to our property and them failing to find the issue, apparently we are the ones liable for repairs. Reported to trading standards. We've also noticed more areas of artex falling down but haven't attempted to trace the source of the problems because our baby has been in and out of hospital for the entire 6 months of her life. Some pipes they put in aren't even insulated and they've left an absolute chaotic mess of unused pipes in the attic despite part of the contract being removal of the old pipes.

We used Montali at the end of March 2021 to get a boiler replaced. From the surveyor, Colin's first visit, to the installation by Ross and Ali, it has been a very positive experience. A family run business which is very apparent by the friendliness, good communication and willingness to go that bit extra. We would definitely recommend and will copy and paste this review on other sites.

overall was very pleased with montali. Had a new boiler installed and radiators and new gas pipes.The job was done in 1 day,had respect for my house,there was no damage,and the carpetfitter sean was a good guy,turned up when he said he would. I was able to leave the house for the day and had trust in them. In the past i have left my house and had things go missing in my my house with a tradesman in the past and i never normally leave them alone,but i had total trust in montali. they explained how to use the boiler system and even spoke to me on the phone about the system.. So everall i was impressed in the service.

In May this year my friends daughter had these guys out to install a full system, time was of importance as she was due a baby 4 weeks later, Ross the engineer inspected the property, said he would see what he could do! Nothing seemed to be a problem for these guys, all went well the system was installed 3 weeks later just in time for the new arrival, these guys were clean, efficient and considerate, I would not hesitate to recommend them and I did so a few weeks ago to my nephew who was having big troubles with a 15 year old boiler loosing pressure and being temperamental, the constant stress of facing the winter with the possibility of the boiler going was awful, I told them to contact home energy Scotland, as no hot water or heating with 2 young girls was not good, home energy Scotland did a referral to company called warmworks, they did the energy efficiency report and Montali were selected to do the Job, I have to say this is twice I have dealt with this company, even recently speaking to the office staff Suzanne of Montali who helped with an admin error, their help and organisation was great and solved the admin problem, the install is happening in 10days time and is very much needed, I have no doubt this will go smoothly, thank you Montali keep up the good work 01/12/19

Update 14/12/19, the install has been in 4 days now the guys worked from 7am till 7 pm to get all the work done in one day to cause as little upheaval as possible, what a
a clean professional install, thank you so much.
