The ammount of work we had done in the house and loft was huge . I'm not going to say it was easy with the ammount of dust etc, but you can't pull walls to bits without some mess. In the long run it was a really great move to get it all done, there are always a few things which needed going over but everything was finished in a very acceptable manner. When you get back to normal you realise that the improvements to heating the house needed the boiler turned down. We got this done though a grant with warmworks. I'd strongly advise you. The inspector from Warmworks checks how the firm that carried out the work have done, and they did a good job, but he found the the extractor in the bathroom hadn't been conected up properly, so you have the assurance that all the work is chaecked out by a professional. If you can get the grant, I'd say it saved us about £14,000. What's not to like.

Over all everything was good from start to finish although it did take a while to complete but I don't have any complaints. I now have a battery to compliment my solar system so I hope this will cut my bills.Always helpfull and polite towards me 5 stars.

All the trades were clean, tidy and very respectful. The job was carried out extremely quickly.

I have rated our experience of dealing with Warmworks and Sureserve, the installation team as 5 Star, for the following reasons:
Superior quality of equipment installed and also delivery of components, where appropriate, was achieved as planned.
Installation teams including carpet fitters and joiners consistently arrived as promised.
Work was carried out with care and efficiency at all stages of the project and this level of efficiency extended to the team who successfully applied for local authority planning permission for the project.
When completed, the installation team left the premises in a clean and tidy condition with minimal, inevitable, cosmetic work to be completed by ourselves.
Communications between ourselves, Warmworks and Sureserve were excellent throughout.
All in all a very successful experience which well deserves 5 Stars.

They need to ensure that their sub contractors are copetant, they also need to question what they propose to install , eg in my case storage heaters not economical and waste energy, why not offer solar panels or air source pumps? Which are the future and morw

All the tradesmen were very good, and took pride their work. They were polite and helpful. No problems encountered

Overall my experience with warm works was very good, I has one small quibble, but when it was, explained to me by you're inspector it made sense. I very much appreciate all the work that you're contractors did for me, and would therfore recommend them to anyone in my position. Thankyou once again.

From the first telephone call to the inspector coming in to check the job, Warmworks and Alba Gas were first class.

From the start everything went so well and very quick was kept updated and the contractors they chose for us were brilliant cleaned up after themselves and done an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

Both sets of workers were very professional and installed everything to a high standard couldn't fault both company's the ones that installed the solar panels battery and inverter and the company that installed the heating system and hot water tank along with ventilation good job
