Unfortunately the tracking information indicates that it has not been collected by the couriers.
Our warehouse is closed today (due to proposed protest action) and tomorrow due to the public holiday.
The earliest that I'd be able to get an answer is on Wednesday morning.
I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
Incorrect advertising
Products ordered were specifically ordered as they had 2 batteries.
Both units we recieved only had one battery.
After enquiring i was told that it was a mistake in the listing.
